TURN SOME LIGHTS ON MY GOD this place is a dungeon at night time music is way to loud and you can’t see the person you’re sitting across from.
And what sauce would you like? And what sauce would you like with that? The staff are programmed to ask this question after everything you order to pay a lot for sauce also I mean it’s Australian Toamtoe sauce for a $1? Place is a rip off and there are way better places everywhere in Melbourne avoid

Food was lovely but was a little disappointed in the size of the burgers and the price was quite high

For some reason after I ordered, the food wasn’t cooked in the kitchen. When I waited some 20 minutes I checked with the mgr on duty and he told me the order wasn’t sent to the kitchen!
However, he dealt with it in such a good manner - he advised he would get it organized and personally bring it over to the table.
He wouldn’t let us leave without a refund, but I asked for a voucher instead. I received a $40 voucher which was more than we paid for the meal. Very impressed with his attitude and willingness to go over and beyond to fix the earlier mistake.
The burgers were very tasty I must say also.
First time I’ve tried BB. I’ll definitely be back!

Came to Melbourne for show, and some lunch. Betty’s burgers were close by. Amazing food and great services. We will be back next time!

Awesome crispy chicken burger and shroom burger and plant based burger. Onions ring delicious however a lil pricy! Great atmosphere. Def recommend this place for a burger and fries. Oh and they’re shakes look amazing also however, didn’t have one.

I really don’t understand how this place has a high rating.
For what makes a burger a joy to eat, the meat patty… it was rubbery, bland and no sear.

Service was abit slow on a weekday night when we came at 6pm. Burgers were good, get the classic + add shroom patty for a more juicy shake stack like experience. Shakes were slightly disappointing, wished it was thicker. Thick cut fries are decently crispy.

I went in after my colleagues dragged me in there. And claimed they have Halal Burgers.

They prepare the halal sourced patties on a separate pan to avoid contamination, which was assuring.

The pattty was juicy and tasty and finished in no time. I felt guilty afterwards to have ordered one as I was still hungry. Probably will go for two next time.

Surprisingly delightful experience. There are some people who are simply meant to interact with people and the service we had last night showed Betty's Burgers have hired well. They went above and beyond to ensure our visit was pleasant during an exceptionally busy time. The food was pretty fine as well. We will be back for sure!

Staff were friendly. Burger was good. Chips were absolute rubbish – cold and limp like they’d been sitting there all day.

Was a small queue but our waiter Alex was so helpful and friendly that we were seated just before our order came out. Food super tasty as always!

Lovely customer service from Quinn, the food and drinks were delicious, especially the shake.the staff were quick and extremely helpful, a great experience will defiantly come again!

I walked in to get a quick feed before watching a show! Where I met Alex who was amazing! Communicated very well and made for a very joyful experience. Will definitely have to come again.

I walked in hoping to get in before our show tonight and I was met by Alex, let me just say he was amazing! Super kind and so awesome at getting us a seat and ensuring we got everything before our show!

Not impressed, very expensive for an oily burger. Chicken burger came with onion on it, which it wasn't supposed to have. Fries where bland and tasteless

Great dinner spot before the theatre. The burgers were super tasty and the chips and onion rings were good. Quick service however the toilets were a bit of a walk and the ladies was broken.

Alex was a great help in choosing my delicious burger. He was a delight, chatty without being pushy. He told us the specials and recommended the vegan burger which was the best burger I’ve had in ages. Would definitely recommend. (and definitely ask for Alex)

Alex was a great server here. Super welcoming, bubbly, and friendly. He even recommended me a burger that I ended up loving! Great kept options with the Bare Betty too. All-round fantastic place!

My partner and I were in Melbourne for our one year anniversary and decided to give this place a try as it had good reviews online and i’d heard good things from some of my friends who lived in Melbourne. The food was excellent, for an affordable price (especially compared to Darwin) and our server, Alex, went above and beyond when serving us. Would definitely come back again the next time we’re in Melbourne.

Best burgers I've ever tried, lots of choices too, staff were friendly and polite, food was fairly quick to arrive. Very clean restaurant
