I book the services from Clean House Melbourne on regular basis for the carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning in my house. These guys are excellent in their, polite in manners and perform their job with minimal guidance.

I’ll start by saying that I am content with the results; and believe that my issues were genuine misunderstandings.

Although I requested a full deep clean, my grout was not initially cleaned and the cleaners were not aware of it being a requirement, so they did not bring the relevant machine.

I was provided with an 8-hour estimate so I had planned to vacate for 6+ hours; however, the job was completed in a little over 4 hours which required me to reorganise my day.

Having said this, the cleaners cleaned my grout by hand with brushes and chemicals; and Mimmo later advised that the estimated hours were calculated as 2 workers x 4.25 hours = 8.5 hours.
