I've been using Best Carpet Cleaning Melbourne for years and I can say without hesitation that they are the best in the business. Their friendly and well-trained technicians always deliver exceptional results.

Do not use this company! We paid $420 up front for two cleaners ($70 per hour per person) to do what we were told was 6 hours of cleaning between them. We were asked to provide a list of priorities for the clean, and they would work on the first priorities first then get to the later ones if there was still time. First priority was bathrooms, which they did. Second priority was vacuum and mop floors. Not only didn't they vacuum parts of the house and left dust and dirt in places, but they did not mop the floors at all as they left it til last then ran out of time. They also walked some kind of sticky residue all over the wooden floors with their boots and left the floors dirtier than when they arrived! I spoke to the manager and requested a partial refund as they had not done the bare minimum of cleaning the floors for $420. His response was 'they did a good job of other things so we don't owe you anything'. Wow. Will never use them again and want to warn people not to fall for their slick sales pitch - it doesn't result in a good job, and it's incredibly over-priced. Beware.

They said they could do the floors if we paid for an extra half an hour.but after 3 hours and paying $420 already for half the job I asked for, my response was a very unhappy 'no'.

Arrived on time, did as good a job as can be expected given the age/condition of the carpet. Not the cheapest, but professional and no headaches.

This company clean well, are happy to take instruction and have friendly staff who respect your property while they clean
