Negotiated a good deal but they fulfilled it poorly. As is all too common, there is no service or care or follow up once they have been paid.

My experience purchasing a car from Mitsubishi Berwick is excellent. Stephanie worked through the entire purchase. She was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as she could. I was a little skeptical at first because the buy is unseen and had it delivered. Stephanie with her other team made car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the car make sure there were no surprises once I received the car.

I want to thank Andrew for all his help on the day I purchased the car…He was helpful, friendly and patient with my grandchildren who at 3 and 5, they can be a handful…. I was disappointed on the day of the pick up as the car wasn’t ready and I was in a hurry because we had to get back for a doctors appointment. Also concerned that the spare wheel doesn’t match size with other tyres and I will have to get a replacement. Andrew was quick to help us with concerns. Great follow up.
