Special thanks to Austin and his skilled team at Berwick Mitsubishi who made purchasing a new vehicle a smooth and efficient process for someone very time poor! From the first phone enquiry made, right through to pick up within a week, every individual team member I encountered (and there were many) was exceptionally thorough and extremely efficient. Standout service from Brent who was just around every corner when I needed a bit of direction, always with a smile and waiting to oblige. Everyone's sense of humour and professionalism was not lost on me, it made my experience extremely pleasurable.
Highly recommend visiting these guys to everyone in the market for a car.

I dealt with Jamie, Carlo and Peter who were very professional and helpful. Promptly served me. I did not feel pressured to purchase the vehicle at any stage.

Finance figures were way out taking a loan
For a a used car worth 37 k loan was for the period of 7 years calculated the repayment figure was just under 74 k please consumers be careful when purchasing finance!

Had a couple of problems, but Tommy (senior sales) reached out to rectify post sales issues.

The experience at Mitsubishi was different to normally how you buy a car but I can tell you all out there Mitsubishi took notice of us and served us quit well not like when we first went to Nissan a few meter's up the road they left us standing in the middle of there lot and then to insult us buy seeing a couple that just walked in shame on u Nissan u all should not judge a book by its cover my daughter iinlaw was in her work cloths so then we walked out of Nissan and straight into Mitsubishi she is now buying a $24,000 dollar Mitsubishi SUV from the nice salesman that asked us can I help you guys and we said you sure can well done Mitsubishi Berwick

Hello to those who will read this feedback well no real problems in dealing with them, I had Jamie Caruana look after me, he drove the car to my place and he was not pushy or saying why I should buy the car, he let the car do the talking after we took it for a long test drive to get use to it, the car was a Skoda Octavia 2011 JVS Wagon, the only hic -up was a promise of a full tank of petrol and after bringing to there attention as there was only a 1/4 of a tank that was taken care no arguments at all from either party so end of the day I was happy but I did use my baby 2010 SS For trade now gone from V8 To 4 cylinder. Happy Motoring to you All.

Satya and Andrew were very helpful from the time I inquired about the vehicle, getting everything prepped up for the delivery. It was ready on the said date. We are really enjoying the vehicle.
