65 Just had a very bad experience with Berwick Land Rover.
Bought a used Range Rover Sport from a private seller that had the roadworthy done at Berwick Land Rover.
Didnt even check the car too much as the roadworthy was done at a Land Rover dealership but unfortunately the next day I noticed that 3 of the 4 Tyers had cracks on them. Went to another roadworthy provider and they confirmed that 2 of the Tyers are definitely not roadworthy.
Went to the dealership and showed them and they said they will get back to me the next day and that was 4 days ago.
Not at all comfortable driving the kids around with cracked Tyers so just spent $1000 on 2 new Tyers a week after buying a roadworthy car.
Shame on you Land Rover Berwick.
Purchased a vehicle from Berwick Land Rover. Nothing but issues from the get go. Took 2 weeks to sort a problem and then when looked at by another dealership other problems identified.
None of these were mentioned at time of sale. Multiple calls left to call back and customer service was poor at best.
Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
Super disappointing.
Rocked up to the dealership this afternoon, my wife wanting to upgrade her car to something a bit more luxurious.
I had just finished working so I looked I was in work clothes and, by the total lack of any interest shown by any staff member, I was judged accordingly.
A shame really because we would realistically probably have bought that $60,000+ F-pace Jag if someone had just bothered to say hello. Either one of the two sales associates that were outside would have been fine.
That's ok though, the young couple who were walking around obviously looking like they were cashed up enough to afford one of your cars got plenty of attention.
To summarise, I guess it's me that should apologise for looking to poor to afford one of your vehicles. Maybe another dealership will pay us more attention because I really like that F-pace.
One of the worst experience I ever had with salespeople there.stay away from Berwick land rover.there is no one who will look after you when you will in trouble, worst customer service i ever had in my life
I bought a car from THEM
They deliver the car without proper cleaning
Even the car mat was missing
And there was dirt inside
The salesperson (J**ON) promised me he will do fully detail the car and plus the put another mat for me and promised me come after new year, when i call to salesman to fix the issues
He told me he cannot do it because boss refused to do that
Be careful when ever any salesman promise you to do anything, take everything in writing
I feel really annoyed, be aware from salesmen who mislead you.such a poor customer service
Was here to purchase a extended warranty must say the customer service provided here is exceptional compared to other dealerships
Very unreliable. Two day after the service brake pad sensor came on which means they haven't even check one of the most important safety parts. I was experiencing loss of power in my XF 2015. Reported the problem, apparently they resolved an issue but two days later same problem appeared. Been with this service centre since 2015 but let me tell you they went downhill in no time. Friendly advice, TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARTICULAR SERVICE CENTRE.
I went to Berwick Land Rover yesterday, Leigh and Mo looked after me with my purchase of a car. Both of them has an outstanding customer service skills. I hope I will have the same experience with them when I will go there to pick up the car on Wednesday, 25th of July 2018. Thank you Leigh, thank you Mo.
The service you receive from walking through the door to the pick couldn't be a better experience.
The small things from washing the car to even gifting us with a bottle of water on receiving the keys
I would advise if you are looking for service after sales care and the bonus is they have great cars
Outstanding service and care in understanding our issue and resolving without fuss. Providing the use of a loan vehicle whilst ours was in for service and working with our schedule to return car and pick ours up. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for this team. Thanks again James and team.
Awesome service. Enjoyed being given a good brief on d cars from the sales rep- Jordan. Had a software update on my infotainment system of d F-Pace and liked d professionalism of d centre. Great car choice for me as well.

Loan car. Easy where others would make me pay for the fuel i have used and citylink tolls i had to pay.

Service to my Jaguar was carried out efficiently at Berwick Jaguar Service Centre recently. They dropped me at Fountaingate and I spent a very pleasant day there until they picked me up when my car was ready. This made the service experience very enjoyable indeed. The team were terrific. I was contacted soon after to make sure I was happy and I would certainly recommend Berwick Jaguar Service Centre to any Jaguar owner living in this area.
Andrew was friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to clarify my questions that he didn't have the immediate answers to.
It was a pleasure meeting Adrain.he was very knowledgeable about the car I wonted to test drive and mind you I test drove a number of cars with Adrain whom was very happy to assist.
