This air suspension supposed to in green color when we parking or driving on the normal surface road, but it keep showing in yellow color, sometime in red for half year. We send the car to service department twice this year. And they can't fix this issue on the screen and really explain what happen to it.
We recently find out another screen issue is unstable, it happen few times. I don't know what to do for these issues. Is this supposed to in yellow or red color all the time for all Land Rover cars? So disappointed. Nobody can help me.

I wish there is a 0 star option for rating to this dealer. I booked for a test drive through land rover website 3 weeks ago (two times) and I spoken with their representative. They advised me that they will update my details to the Berwick dealer for contacting me for arranging it. But I haven't revived any response from them yet.
I never experienced such a poor customer service experience from a car dealer especially Land Rover.
Very disappointing and not recommending this dealer.

I own a disco 3 and wanted to get it serviced. Called up their service team to get a lady answer the phone who knows nothing about servicing. Then tells me that she will get someone to call me back. I call back a few times.then again a week later hear nothing and follow up and they tell me.they are waiting for parts.

So get this.your service advisor hasn't even spoken to me about the car and you want to quote me prior to speaking.

It sounds like you got a broken process.

My local bridgestone was faster than your poor quality operator.

Get the service advisors on the phone as they would actually know what to say. Or just get an AI bot who would be more helpful. You lost my business even before it started. I wonder how you make money!

I dropped into this dealership today and was there for about 15-20 minutes as I was enquiring about the couple of new models. One staff said hello and went inside and another walk past without saying anything. Might have to try another dealership as this is not the way welcome any of your clients!

I bought discover which was 3 years old was treated like a king when I wanted to buy the landrover.
The sales rep gave me his mobile to call any time if there is any concern with the vehicle.
After driving for couple of months there seems to be some issues with the landrover
I tried many times also leaving messages, not even once I was called back.
When I call the service department the phone is never answered. I have left massages to call me back I have never received back any call.
I will never recommend this dealer.

The dealer and staff are very good. Initially I left a poor review because of a misunderstanding. Thought they wanted to charge us for the booking in of the vehicle for a warranty claim but turns out it was done for free. Been to this dealer several times and always been a great experience. Great car, great service

Berwick Land Rover is not reliable and don’t trust on them.
They repaired my car and provided an invoice saying the car was repaired. However, the problem came back few days later and took the car back to Berwick Land Rover and I was told they could not fix the problem that I should take the car somewhere else and they didn’t want to refund the money I paid for a job they didn’t do.
So be careful when dealing with this guys, I am planning to raise this matter with the Land Rover corporation since I don’t think this is fair and definitely it is bad customer service.

If I have to describe my experience with JLR Berwick in one word, it would be 'excellent'. I wish to thank Tas, Melissa and most importantly Ruchira for the service they have provided. Ruchira went out of his way to get me the best deal, and infact drove over 100km to drop off the car to me at a convenient location (being an interstate buyer) without any whims. The team has been nothing but helpful and the process of buying is smooth. I highly recommend JLR Berwick and would definitely consider them for any future purchases or trade-ins. If you are an interstate buyer looking to buy from JLR Berwick, you have made the right choice.

Milan and the team were awesome to deal with in purchasing our Land Rover Discovery which we love!

We also financed through JLR and were given a very competitive interest rate which was very helpful and made the process seamless.

Such a poor service. My very first service of car and such a bad experience. Have to drop car three time for basics servic and can't fix wheel allignment after claim 2 times and worst thing received vehicle with scratches and no staff take responsibility.
Staff Keep passing the call to others and never provide any solution and not even call back.
Such business are actually defame Australian business industry who just want to sell products with lot of promises but not serious to deliver basic service

Worst service!
I bought a discovery sport from the Berwick Land Rover over a year ago. It has been getting lots of technical glitches and when I took it back, they say it resolved itself just like a phone or computer.
For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to call them regarding an error in my car and leaving messages to book a service and I am getting NO CALL BACK!
Also, ever since I bought the car, I did not receive ANY information about the finale of my car! They are just happy to continue taking the direct debit from my account

We have been meaning to post a review for sometime now. The team at BJLR have been fantastic! They are professional and friendly, taking the time to listen and respond with knowledge and respect.

From the used sales team through to the service dept.and repairs, they have gone over and beyond. Quickly resolving issues prior to Christmas and New Year, reducing all the stress of repairs. They have not once made us feel inferior as a used car owner. Thank you, Mark and Bree

This dealership is a totally lier, I get a 84 month service quote from their official website for $1427 and by their request add on 72 month service for $434. That’s about $1800 in total, but when you’re come into the store they will disclaim their online quote, and the new quote is $2600. The manger won’t take his responsibility for keep their price correct, because they wanted use the lower price attract you to the store and then issuing a big bill.

Tom Shen and Ruchira Amarasiri made the process unbelievably smooth as they worked overtime to accommodate my needs and requests. I would highly recommend going to Berwick land rover for all your motor vehicle needs. This is by far the best experience I have had.

We were happy to recieve great customer service from Tom Shen. He helped us when we ordered our land rover defender and had a mix-up with our order description. Despite the unfortunate circumstances he swiftly managed to provide his assistance and was able to find a solution so that the car we will receive was to our description and liking. Great customer service and would definitely recommend. Once again a huge thanks to Tom Shen, an employee at Land Rover Berwick.

After purchasing, and having the car serviced over the last 5 years I consider myself a loyal customer. Recently, my experience with upper management of the service department was rude and unprofessional. Totally inappropriate and very offensive. I doubt I will be buying another car from them or returning with my car for servicing.

Bought a Defender, we loved dealing with Tom Shen. He was really approachable, professional and comfortable to communicate with, and his knowledge in finance field was exquisite. Definitely refreshing to come across a car salesman with good ethics, we felt like he listened and had our best interests at heart. The overall experience was just Fantastic! I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to Tom and his team for looking after me in my purchase of Land rover.
