I needed a smaller table having moved to a flat, but didn't want to replace chairs or buffet. A very nice lady helped me on several occasions as find a suitable matching table.

Purchased 2 bar stools over the telephone, picked them up from the Knox warehouse. Staff were friendly and helpful, very happy with the quality of the stools that I purchased.

Berkowitz Furniture had a great range of furniture styles and materials. Staff were exceptionally helpful with a great knowledge of their product. We are return purchasers. Put Berkowitz on your visit list.

There are so many great options to choose from for many different tastes and preferences. I couldn't be happier with my sofa it is so comfortable and looks great

Very helpful service from Caroline at the Berkowitz Blackburn store, in understanding the options and material finishes available including the coordination of the finishes. Caroline spent a lot of time with us, no pressure selling, just very knowledgeable and experienced in the products. We selected two Power Chairs and one 3 Seater Sofa. They work well in our new home and we are very happy with the final outcome.

We purchased 2 IMG Chelsea recliners in a Warwick fabric. The sales staff made our decision very easy and were nice to deal with and the delivery people were fantastic too. Almost 2 years later, they are still beautiful chairs. We had a knocking problem with one of the recliners which was rectified easily without any dramas at all. I would highly recommend Berkowitz.

We had excellent customer service. We were provided with lots of information and no pressure. We have also been very happy with our purchase - a quality three seater sofa which we will enjoy for years to come!

We needed two recliners, the range was extensive, we got good service and we ended up with the two most comfortable chairs I've sat in.

I am happy with the purchase of my coach at Berkowitz. The sales team at Springvale Homemaker were awesome and quite helpful.
The only thing is that they promised to send a leather care kit with the delivery and I believe they forgot. Would be great if you could send the kit through.

From sales team, right through to production and delivery team, the company employees were professional to say the least. Furthermore, the customisation options and quality of product only adds more value to the design one likes. Overall a great product and service the company provides. What’s more is that the products are assembled here in Australia.

Bought during a sale but still had the most excellent service and the same friendly saleslady remembered us well each time. Good communication throughout the purchase and waiting time for delivery.
Love my electronic chair with the footraiser that looks like Danish furniture.

The dining room table was found to have an imperfection, chisel mark on one edge which was identified a couple of weeks after it was delivered to us. Berkowitz Geelong had no hesitation in organising for this table to be replaced with a new one.
