I bought my corner lounge at Berkowitz in Moorabbin as I’d read so many bad reviews about other near by stores. The staff were amazing and so patient and helpful. My couch has since arrived and I absolutely LOVE it. The material is so beautiful and it is so well made. A very very happy customer. Even the delivery guys were so kind and helpful! Very happy. Went to DFO essendon this afternoon looking for couches went to major brand stores and then we went to Berkowitz and found what we were looking for, David was fantastic and made the transaction so easy that after we purchased the couch we then brought dinning chairs as well thanks david great experience

O M G I had the best customer experience at the springvale store. The staff were so attentive and helpful without being pushy. But the most impressive thing was the great after sale service, as they went out of their way to help me when due to an accident my purches would no longer work for me. Thankyou for your great kindness It's lovely to meet a manager with a heart a staff with passion and a rand with integrity.

I have visited the Springvale store looking for a new custom made lounge suite. I was very impressed by the service I recieved from the staff member (Yianna Polis). She spent a lot of time with us going through the process of sale amd how it is going to be ordered because I had an idea what I wanted.

After we ordered the suite, it is custom made for us, we received it on time and it looks amazing, exactly what I had in mind, same colour, perfectly made, high quality and custom made for us.

I would highly recommend buying from Berkowitz Springvale and speak to Yianna and you wont be disappointed, she is very professional and knows everything.

She spent a great deal of time and effort supplying me with facts, color choices and other details regarding the lounge. The most horrible customer service I ever had, tried to speak to them about an issue, they just kept hanging up your call when they noticed things went wrong. Been happening with different employees for almost a week, it's hopeless.

I decided that in my search for a new lounge chair, I'd head in to the Springvale Homemaker Centre dressed in a Five Finger Death Punch shirt. They're a metal band with imagery that you would imagine suits their name. Many stores didn't even acknowledge me, others gave me a nod as I walked by the unoccupied sales team, however this store was something else.

As I sat on and started enjoying the StressLess range I was greeted by Tania. She was lovely and actually treated me with decency, unlike the 3 others I had entered in the previous few hours. She showed interest and asked about what I was after in the chair, not making any assumptions based on appearance. Tania showed me the entire range of lounge chair and ottoman combos, from budget meeting through to the ultra deluxe of lounge chairs.

I'm now waiting for the right time to get a StressLess chair, and when I do, I'll be making sure to go see Tania. The service and her knowledge was incredible.

People like Tania are the kind that need to exist in sales, not the pushy, arrogant, commission based sale people that exist all too often in these environments, or the ones I encountered today - totally ignoring the customer based on appearance and then proceeding to be quite rude to said customer when customer approaches them for some help.

Had an issue with a lounge, rang them 10 times but nobody would come out to even see the fault. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend them.
