Benino's Pizza

DO NOT EVER ORDER HERE! Unless you'd like food poisoning. If I could rate this place less than one star I would. My partner and I ordered delivery. First of all no one bothered to mention cash only for delivery. Secondly, we ordered a seafood pizza and cheesy garlic bread. The cheesy garlic bread was burnt to an absolute crisp. Hard as a rock, you could throw it at someone's head and cause damage and the seafood pizza was absolutely putrid. Smelt completely off and rancid, my partner isn't one to complain so he tried to power through the smell and ended up vomiting up the two pieces he tried to power through. I called the store and asked for a refund and was met with extreme rudeness 'the seafood is fresh, its not our fault', we decided to go down to the store with the pizza and get them to visually see the absolute dog food they served us and they refused to give us a refund. Only after a screaming match gave us a partial refund. Absolutely disgusting premises, food is definitely not fresh, all defrosted and no coolers anywhere so all food is room temp. PUTRID customer service and PUTRID food.

Had an amazing experience at Beninos. The pizza toppings were fresh and fulfilling. Overall the quality and quantity is excellent. Would definitely recommend this place for a wonderful pizza experience.

We’ve never had a bad pizza from Beninos and have been going there for years. Generous with the toppings, speedy and when you go in and see them preparing the pizzas they’re very clean and conscious of hygiene - I even watched one lady swap gloves after putting the anchovies on the pizza despite the next pizza being of the same order. As an anchovy hater, I appreciate this! - we also love the 15% off texts we get once a week and often take advantage of those. Thanks guys! We’ll keep coming back!

Wouldn't recommend it at all pasta was horrible the pizza was so oily and tasteless wait time was 40min at 5pm on a Wednesday no one in there.and the people trying to make the pizza were looking the menu to see what went on the pizzas. I should have just walked out and gone elsewhere.

This is a tiny little shop with really fantastic pizzas - very generous with the toppings and a nice classic crust.

They loose a star for prawns with the shell still on, apart from that great, better if you dont use a food delivery service, go direct to their web site.

Customer service and pizza, pastas always high standards, worth it always. Highly recommended

Best Pizza around. Filled right to the edge. Fresh dough for the base made in house. Always come here for 10+ years. Always been good great Pizza. Even customisable, if you want thin base, can get thin base

Pizza and pasta are really good. Im obsessed with the carbonara. Family-run business, and you get a welcoming greeting from owners.

I have visited @ Benino’s and I'd highly recommend the vegetarian pasta which was so flavourful and creamy. We also got the garlic bread with cheese, which had a generous portion, as well as the vegetable pizza.
Benino’s never fails to impress with their food and drinks.
I am vegetarian and I have tried first time non vegetarian pizza its amazing.
First time ever I experienced authentic taste of pizza.

You haven’t had pizza until you’ve had a Benino’s Pizza, Fresh ingredients, awesome base, realistic price, since my first pizza, Nobody compares.
I think Benino’s Pizza has changed ownership, the quality of their pizza has declined over the last few months, really disappointing, I can only hope the previous owners open a new restaurant and let the customers know.

Without a doubt the best pizza shop in the south eastern suburbs, starting from the base to the Ingredients and the freshness, it is amazing. It doesn't stop there either the menus has a huge selection where I couldn’t decide what to eat,
The moment you walk in you are greeted with such politeness and courtesy buy lovley ladies where you feel like part of the family, definitely will be back,

This place used to be our local but after a bad experience a little while ago, we stopped. I thought I’d try it again, however after this experience I definitely won’t be returning.

Our pizzas had no love, flavourless and very dry. If I were you looking for a place to get a pizza or looking for a local pizza joint, I’d look elsewhere.

Great food with great customer service.

Pizza is always amazing. Nice large quantity of toppings, that makes your pizza feel like more than just tomato and cheese.
