Benefit Cosmetics Myer Melbourne City

We went here last week and scheduled for a booking for today at 12 noon which the lady logged in a notebook Arrived today around 11: 30 just to confirm our booking and were told that we were not booked for today and the lady we talked to is not working today. What is the point of booking an appointment if you are told on the day that you were not booked. Booking should really be organised. This is very bad customer service.

I bought a package Wax+Tint $45 a couple week ago. I was an unlucky client who got injuries after waxing. There were a few marks and stung where the eyebrow was taken off. I was so disappoint! It took a week to heal. What they gave me were a pack of first aid gel and a tiny sample of concealer (size 2 cm) and refunded. To be honest, their sample didn't help to cover the marks at all! Furthermore, I did report to Myers via email, they called me once but i missed it. Then they disappeared! Now two weeks already, no body show up to take responding.: (

I have been getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted at Benefit for a few years now and highly recommend it! Farida at Benefit Myer Melbourne always does an amazing job at my eyebrows - I even had to track her down when she moved stores! 100% recommend booking Farida if you can.

Sorry can’t remember the lady’s name but she has been with Benefit Brow Bar for 10 years. She was sensational. So lovely offered me some great suggestions for my skin and eye lashes. Super professional and caring. A+

The makeup artist did a wonderful job and the other staff who helped me were very friendly. However my appointment started half an hour late not due to any fault from people working there but because they were extremely short staffed and doing their best with clearly a lack of support from management. Management needs to do better by their workers. Because of this I was late to my friends' wedding and I'm sure it can't be an enjoyable work environment either. Not sure I want to support Benefit in future if this is how they treat their staff and in turn their customers. To reiterate: staff were wonderful. Make up flawless. Management lacking.

Went and got my eyebrows waxed and I asked for thick eye brows and even showed the lady a picture of how I would want my brows to look. I started with a lot of eyebrows but she told me that I don’t have much brows. She also nodded her head when I told her how I wanted my brows done but she took out so much of my eyebrows and the end result is not what I asked for. I made it clear that I wanted THICK eyebrows and to make sure it’s THICK. What a waste of money and now I need to wait a long time for them to grow back completely… the experience was disappointing and now I have ugly thin brows and see it every time I look in the mirror.

Excellent service and fabulist staff that don’t rush you, or push for sales but always happy to offer advice on their products and I love them tooo, they do what they say they will, good value for money, and easy to use even if you wear Glassess love coming here and love my brows, I’m in every 6-8 weeks x

I’ve been waxing at benefit so many times, but this time is really bad experience, the lady was very unprofessional, my skin broke very hot and painful.

Loved it, amazing service! Pam did a great job shaping my brows and even taught me how to shape them. Everyone was super nice & the products are great as well!

Jessica fitted me in for a brow wax at short notice.
She was very kind and friendly, and did a good job tidying things up following the lockdown.
She was generous with her time and advice, and answered my questions regarding which areas to fill in, etc.
She showed me how to use the pencil, and measure my brows against my eyes, etc.
I will ask for Jessica next time, as she made me feel really comfortable and valued as a client.
If you have an Employee of the Month award, may I please nominate Jessica?
I am in Customer Service too, and find that compliments are often harder to come by than complaints.

Zahra was amazing! I had booked into to have my makeup done and left it up to Zahra really to decide colours and so forth and she did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend booking in with her if you need your make up done beautifully!

I regularly visit the store to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. All the girls are very friendly, helpful and professional. I always enjoyed my visits in the Benefit store at Myer.

In the 30+ years of having eyebrows waxed, this was my worst experience.
Not only are my eyelids, yes eyelids still sore, they have red spots.
Why did I say yes when she asked if I want them tinted?
I have fine eyebrows and the woman who's supposed to be a professional should see tinting would be of no advantage to me but why help the customer when you can make more money for Benefit.
Now I look like I have two black eyes.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BENEFIT FOR ANY TREATMENT OR PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCT

Tina was very friendly and explained what she was doing every step of the way. I would recommend her to anyone who wants their brows shaped. I will be going back to her on a regular basis. Thank you

Leila is the absolute best! After a lot of bad experiences when getting my eyebrows done in other places, I decided to give Benefit a go and I'm amazed by Leila's work. I'm never going anywhere else ever again!
