Pamela and the team at Benefit in Myer Melbourne are amazing! Excellent service, friendly, experts - I always feel great after my appointment!

Franz was so so helpful, she really helped me understand the basics of all the products and which one suits my tone and my get up completely changed, thank you so much for your patience n help. I really appreciate it.

Easter last year, I visited the Benefit store at Myer Melbourne during my holiday trip. As someone who frequents Benefit in Sydney and has always had a great experience, I expected nothing less. Unfortunately, this visit was nothing short of a nightmare.

The technician who attended to me was exceedingly talkative, repeatedly asking about my day. While I appreciate friendly conversation, I was feeling tired and preferred a quieter appointment. After tinting my eyebrows, she questioned my skincare routine, particularly retinol and vitamin A. Assuming she was recommending a product, I responded that I use products since I had already filled out the necessary form. To my shock, she abruptly refused to continue with my eyebrow appointment, accusing me of lying about using retinol. This led to a humiliating and distressing confrontation in front of other customers.

Thankfully, another staff member named Pamela came to my rescue, displaying remarkable kindness, professionalism, and understanding, which helped alleviate my distress.

While I deeply appreciate Pamela's exceptional service, the conduct of the initial technician was utterly unprofessional and left a lasting negative impression. Conversations about skincare products should occur at the time of booking, not during the appointment itself. This has never happened during my previous Benefit appointments.

What's even more disappointing is that I reached out to Benefit via email to express my traumatic experience, but my concerns were ignored. This is why I've chosen to share my experience online now. I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call to improve the overall customer experience.

Booked an appointment to get my brows laminated and tinted; LOVE THEM! It was my first time getting them laminated and I was a bit nervous. But Jacy was professional, listened to what I wanted and made sure I left happy️️️

Pam is seriously the best, I have never come across a professional as talented as herself. When I was a teenager I would travel over 100km to get my brows shaped by Pam. The things we do for beauty! Thank you Pam for you expertise, artistry and brilliance.

Such great people working here! I’ve gone 6 times now and often get the same person which is always lovely, but even when a new person does my brows the results are consistent and A+ (and I’m picky with my brows). Definitely recommend!

My wife usually has her eyebrows done here. Went on Wednesday and upon checking has been overcharged for the service ($45 vs $34). Pretty disappointing.

Benefit brow is amazing! I travel 40 minutes just to see Jaclyn. She is the ONLY one I trust with my brows! They always turn out fabulously and I love them ever time Jaclyn does them!

They’ve lost their skilled consultants- avoid! Just had an appointment with Jaclyn who ruined them. Not writing this lightly as apparently she’s been doing this for 6 years. Errors made- initial appointment as previous consultant has left. Ignored the shape and thinned so much there is nothing left to work with. Did the other eyebrow myself. Am absolutely livid, have overly waxed thin eyebrow- the brow bone is exposed. When used the stick to show her the gap that she overtook saw the light bulb moment go off for her but too late.

Farida was amazing! Eyebrows were perfectly treated from first appointment.

My brows have never looked better thanks to my amazing experience with Jaclyn! I’ve been going to her for my brows for a year and she has got them to a shape that I absolutely love! She takes great care every time she does my brows and I’m so happy I found her!

One of my brows has been made significantly shorter than the other on the tail end. Lacking of attention to detail, I used to be a huge fan of benefit but my last couple of experiences have been sloppy. Think I’ll be looking elsewhere…
