Tanita is simply a delight, I’ve been going to her for 3 years now and have a beautiful experience every time! I remember the first time I met her at Myer Melbourne store, making sure I kept the receipt after my visit so I could book with her again. She styles my brows just the way I like them, makes me feel comfortable and at ease. During the stressful times during past years, she was a break and relief either during or after a hard day of work. After all this time we’ve spent together, I now consider her a friend. She is a ray of light and I highly recommend her to everyone!

Catherine is the absolute queen of brows! She was super lovely & took time to talk about what i wanted/liked. I've never been able to find somewhere that gets the results im after until now. My brows now look incredible after a wax & tint and I have never loved my brows this much! Definitely recommend Catherine, 10/10, i am sooo super happy! The products were also amazing quality!

I went here to get my makeup done for a work Christmas Party and this was the first time I'd had my makeup done 'professionally'. While my eye makeup was great, the rest of it was terrible. With the lighting in the store I didn't see it at the time but my face was 3-4 shades darker then my neck! This explained the strange looks I was getting when walking back to the car. I ended by rushing home wiping off my face makeup, leaving on the eye makeup and doing the rest myself. Never again!

I usually have a pretty good experience here. Although whenever i get a brow wax by Veronica i'm always disappointed! I alway tell her not to curve my brow too much, and give her pictures for reference but she never gets it right! Will definitely walk out if I find out I have her again! The other waxers do a lovely job, it's sad that one had to ruin it.

So much fun! Staff were so warm and welcoming. Had a brow service and my brows have never looked better. I am a total convert and cannot wait to visit the team again.

I can not recommend they ladies enough, April not only does amazing brows but has a great personality that you instantly warm to. Whenever i leave here I'm always receiving compliments so thank you ladies xx

Such a nice experience. I called, made the appointment and Marla was in charge of doing my brows and I could not be more happy. She took her time, was so kind and nice and even explained me all the range of products that could be useful for my day to day. I couldn't stop looking at my brows for days! Loved it thank you

Just got my makeup done by a girl named jade
She made me feel super uncomfortable, did not even smile once, i felt like i was bothering her just by wanting my makeup done.
Made me feel quite upset and self conscious about myself.

I rang the shop to book an appointment to get my brows done and was told by the lady on the phone just to come in and get them done. When I showed up I had to wait ages before being served and then was told I need a parent with my because I am 17. I wasted over an hour just to be told that I need a parent with me, when the person on the phone should have told me or it should have been obvious on the website! Would not recommend, horrible service!
