Benefit Cosmetics Myer Chadstone

Chadstone, Myer - I was too shy at the time to speak up but the girl who did my brows did them so terribly that I dashed off to the bathroom to wipe it off. I asked for a natural look but she over lined them (and not well), made them so much thicker and left the dye residue on my face. I was really excited for this but was so disappointed by the treatment. Additionally, the woman who did my brows, was very cold and came across as quite rude. I would not recommend getting a brow tint at the Myer in Chadstone.

I got a brow wax yesterday as per usual at Benefit and after the appointment, I realised my eyelid was really sore and I was shocked to see this gash! So disappointed and actually kinda mad. I have a wedding to attend this week and no amount of makeup can cover this open wound. UGH! Definitely do not recommend

Great place to do your brow wax and tint. Service is nice. I always come back to do the brow wax. They do give some samples too.

Had an appointment with Kathy T who was wonderful. I've been coming for a few years and I've never had such excellent service than when I was greeted and looked after for my appointment yesterday at Chadstone Myer. They are always consistent but yesterday was absolute service excellence that needed to be aknowledged. Brows are on point.

I love the brow lamination, wax and tint I got done at Benefit Brow Bar. The lovely beauty therapist explained what she was doing at every step and listened to what I wanted. After care information was also clearly provided so I know how to make it last a bit better. I'll happily go back

Amazing job by everyone who has ever taken care of me here. And everyone is so kind and really friendly! The sense of relief that washes over me when I see that my brows no longer look like two angry caterpillars have decided to nestle on my face is phenomenal.

The girl who checked me in could have made an effort to smile and be friendly, but did do everything else by the book. I guess we can all have a bad day, so no worries. Will absolutely be back, very happy with the service of my brow person!

Had my brows done by Molly tonight. She was lovely and did a great job. I told her I wanted my brows tidied and waxed and like them to have a full look. She asked me questions and showed me how it looked as she worked on them. Highly recommended and will be back again.

I had a fabulous experience with Benefit at Chadstone today! I had my eyebrows tinted and waxed and they look so good. Kathy was very helpful and friendly. She also showed me how to use two of the products that I bought last year and had forgotten how to use.
Definitely be returning.:)
