Had police leave a msg to phone my daughter. Automatically thought the worst but for some reason i could no longer plug my phone in due to a foreign object wedged in the power port, and the phone died over the weekend. Bendigo Smart phones sorted my problem with the plug in minutes and even put some charge in the phone so I could use it straight away. I could not fault them. Fast and efficient service and very genuine people. Will use them again.

Popped in today to have a few issues fixed with my new phone and the service l received was better than l expected. Problems fixed and l walked out with a huge smile. Would not hesitate to recommend these guy's for all your phone issues

Got my screen replaced. Proceeded to drop my phone a week later. I will be back but Carls alpha status as a boss is too much for my hormones to handle.

Dropped in today with a 'settings' issue on my sight impaired Dad's phone.
The guys spent twenty minutes sorting this out for me and couldn't have been more helpful. When asked how much I owed them for their time, I was rewarded with a "give us a good review".

Put an imported phone in for repair and was told cant do as it needs the manufacturers software upgrade. Dropped it into a Melbourne store and fixed in 30 minutes. Then took my Samsung S20 in with a smashed screen and cameras. They ordered parts and dropped it back in for repair. Picked it up and got back to work and found the camera was not working. Took it back and they reckoned they had checked it. Ordered new camera and just dropped it in now for repair and came back to be told they cant repair it as they have damaged the the mother board while replacing the screen. Refunded the repair charge and gave me the name of a mob in Geelong and expect me to now organise the repair of the phone they ended up damaging. Absolutely un professional and it seems a backyard operation.would not recommend them for any serious repairs as I dont believe by my above experience they have the expertise to do detailed repair work on phones.

These guys have now replaced my phone screen and screen protector on my watch, always do an amazing job with a friendly attitude

Great service by a professional team. I found them very to be very upfront about what needed to be done for the repair and the costs associated were great value.
The communication was always thorough and the time frames were quick and on time.

Its cheap, they get it done quick, great service, they did a back glass replacement while making it see through for just a small extra fee. I enjoy going there to get my phone fixed

Hi I was just in the Bendigo Smart phone shop in Mitchell street. What a fantastic store. I have just bought a new Smart Phone, My first. They were very helpful. They put in my battery & put in my sim card, also my extra memory card & didn't charge me a cent. I think everyone should go out & support this store.

This is the most professional phone repair business I have encountered. The shop is clean (sanitizer and counter shield in place), the service polite and prompt. I was so happy not to lose my photos as I had been advised the same day by another technician that this was on the cards. I was prepared for this, but Bendigo Smartphones managed to save the day.and the pics, data and apps. I will definitely be running back to them with any future problems.

Wow great service and honesty thought my screen was cracked and repair Cost $140 Quoted over the phone
but thankfully on arrival to the store it was only screen saver $20 great job team love your work

I'm absolutely staggered at the unethical nature of this place. Deleted all my kids photo's but still insisted they get paid for "the job". Be very careful in trusting this place with anything of sentimental value. Still can't believe they did this.

My iphone was beyond salvage after it head-dived into a pool of water. The young man at the shop helped me, didn't want to charge for his few minutes spent checking the phone, and didn't try to sell me anything. I had to insist on giving him something for his trouble. Great service and I feel that can trust this store.
