Had an ear piece issue on my iPhone and he cleaned it straight away with no charge.
Totally fixed the issue.

Broke the charger off in the ipad. Took it to Bendigo Smartphones and Matt fixed it in about 30 seconds. Very polite and excellent service.

A lucky find. Turned a cracked, cloudy faced phone into like new. Added a couple of years life for not much, quickly and without fuss.

Got my grandfathers iPhone 5C battery replaced recently. It appears to have worked out great so this place gets 5 stars from me. I recommend the owners fix the discrepancy between the online quoted price of $65 for the battery replacement and the $75 they charge once you’re in the store. Over the phone they also say it will only take 20mins to replace a phone battery, but once you’re in the store they say 30-35mins, and only if they’re not busy with another customer. Keep up the great work!

The very friendly man at the desk fixed my non charging phone in less than a minute. No charge! Pretty impressive as he could have taken it for an hour and then charged me. Good honest service, highly recommended.

Old person.technology challenged…. Had my old phone bits and pieces transferred over to new phone…. Couldn’t have been more helpful…even took longer than expected and past closing time…wasn’t made to feel bad for that…friendly…. Knowledgeable…great price…and very helpful…
