I had a sleep study on premises last year and could not fault the service. Thorough information and explanations of the process and comfortable room to stay in. Highly recommend if you need a sleep study.

Been using the services of Bendigo sleep lab for some time. Always met with a smile and great service. All staff I have dealt with over the years have known the product and have worked with me for the best outcome.
I have recently upgraded to the Airsense 10. Staff made sure I knew how to use it and maintain it. They have since followed up with a couple of phone calls to make sure I am getting the best sleep possible.

Would highly recommend Bendigo Sleep Lab to anyone with sleeping issues.

Total con artist could not run a honest busness staff not trained gone to a better busness how treat there custumer with respect same you dont think that matters your a disgrace to real caring busness go else wear if you want good service

Bendigo Sleep Lab has been an amazing support throughout my health issues, they’ve always been professional, friendly and supportive, and I’ve never been left wanting.

I’ve had several exceptional experiences with them, including staff going out of their way outside of business hours to ensure I’ve received replacements for broken parts as soon as possible.

Also to note that during the recent recall of my therapy device by the manufacturer, they’ve made sure that I’ve been kept informed of the process around repairs and recalls, communicated updates as soon as they’ve happened, and ensured that we knew the right steps to follow on with the manufacturer, I cannot fault their dedication, and there is little to nothing more that I could expect from them that they haven’t done to make sure the situation is addressed properly.

I do (and have) recommend this business to anyone who is seeking solutions to their sleep health, and wants to ensure that they’re cared for properly and attentively.

You've really made a positive difference. Thank you so much Bendigo Sleep Lab.

As a newbie to the world of CPAP and having just completed a 4 week CPAP Trial I was overwhelmed at my first appointment - I wanted to know everything about the machine, the masks, what it all means! But the team at Bendigo Sleep Lab know this about first time clients - and so to begin I was given sufficient info to get me started for my first night. The next day was the first of my follow up calls and over the 4 weeks I spoke and met with my consultant Cherie, making the necessary adjustments to get my experience just right.

There is lots of support, easy to read guide notes, the manual, follow up emails with info and the BSL team are readily contactable with an email or a call. Very well organised.

What was so strange at first in my trial has become comfortable, do-able and my "new normal". I was encouraged to be patient, to persevere and so I did, giving it a go, one night at a time until I got familiar.

The team at Bendigo Sleep Lab, and in my case, Cherie & Linda have supported me, encouraged me, shared their knowledge, educated me and made adjustments & tweaks as we progressed over the 4 weeks.

For me, it was about week 3 that I began to feel the benefit of what it means to have a good nights sleep. It had been so long, I had forgotten.

Tomorrow I pick up my own machine and feel confident in the partnership I will continue to have with Bendigo Sleep Lab to support me on our shared goal of good quality restful sleep. Many thanks.

My father had his machine checked their he’s 85 just recovered from COVID took his machine in to be checked was told it had had it and charged 100 dollars what a rip off: 20 or thirty maybe but100 to a pensioner and it’s not fix able. And no receipt given

Every time i require a replacement item due to it being worn out they always have it at a good price.

Highly recommend the Bendigo Sleep Lab. Professional, courteous & knowledgeable and the girls made me feel very comfortable from my first consult through to being ‘wired up’ for my sleep study tonight.
It’s great to be able to access a service like this here & not have to drive to Melbourne!

6 months ago i was referred to the Bendigo Sleep Lab for a sleep study. So much better than the 1 i did 5 years ago. No stays in hospital in strange beds and people watching you all night, this test allowed be to be wired up and sent home to my own bed. Fantastic service! So good in fact I've taken my wife there today for her test.

Extremely professional and friendly staff to deal with. Offers both diagnostic/review services and the availability to trial and purchase treatment if required which is a bonus. Follow up and ongoing support from the staff is fantastic. I can highly recommend Bendigo Sleep Lab!
