I could not recommend highly enough! I was desperately trying to replace a water chamber for my 8 year old’s CPAP machine (after hours on a Sunday night!) as it was accidentally left in Melbourne and we only discovered it was missing on arrival home in Bendigo tonight. After leaving a message on their answering service, I had an almost immediate call back and luckily enough they had the one we needed and went out of their way to make special arrangements for me to get hold of it within the hour. Thank you soooo much! ️ absolute life savers

The staff are very friendly, outgoing and helpfull. A great place to deal with. Since moving from remote NSW, it is a pleasure to have a sleep lab close to hand.

Sleep has definitely improved with my c-pap machine, I would have liked themachinevand settings to be checked but the cost is to expensive

Much thanks to Linda for going above and beyond to ensure I had a new mask for Christmas, after mine split. Staying behind after closing, when she should have been going home was amazing and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I will be going back for all my future supplies.

I have found Bendigo Sleep Lab to be exceptional. They explain the process when initially being tested, and provide great back up service. Their knowledge of products available is extensive and they have all the equipment and parts required - your one stop shop. They always follow up with emails to ensure that you are well supported.

Everyone at the Bendigo Sleep lab are always friendly and helpful and are happy to help whenever I need them.

$95 to go home and wire yourself up so you can be told that you stop breathing at night, plus $55 security deposit for the equipment, how is this not covered by medicare?

I had a sleep study done a few months ago, and was promptly put onto a CPAP trial. I have to say that the ladies at the sleep lab were absolutely wonderful. Every phone call I received during my trial was filled with information and them insuring that I was doing okay. They were all so wonderful and kind throughout the entire trip from study to purchase. I couldn't be more thankful and I honestly couldn't recommend Bendigo Sleep Lab any more. Thank you so much

I have been going to Bendigo Sleep Lab for a number of years, I have always found the staff to be helpful, and their attention to detail is the best.
Having off street parking is a bonus. Old legs not used to long walks from the street.
Not only am I sleeping so fitfully, that I awake much earlier than I used to.
I believe this new CPAC will add years to my life.
And with their help and advice I can go camping once again, all I needed was a inverter connected to a battery. No one told me stuff like this before.
So a BIG thankyou to all the staff at Bendigo Sleep Lab, And they don't sleep on the job.
