28Got all the things we needed and the bloke in the timber dept was nice enough to cut the piece o ffc wood I needed
A good choice of hardware equipment, also has a section inside for electrical appliances (tvs, vacuums, etc)
Good staff, Shame some items are very over priced, garden centre needs more care, a lot of thirsty potted plants.
Lots of merchandise but often difficult to find what you are after. Needs something like a directory of the store or a person at door to assist. Staff few and far between. Prices tend to the high side.
Good store and good size for Benalla with a great cross-section of products. Some wonderful plants in the nursery section but very badly organised and often not well tended to. A big range of ceramic and concrete pots but unfortunately many aren't priced and/ or badly arranged. Certainly needs a good organizer to create some sort of system for information and prices.
Went to Mitre 10 before work. Had a great experience with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Store is very orderly and is very easy to navigate and find what your looking for. Lucky to have such great service in a small town.
Early Saturday or Sunday is best time.part time young staff are helpfull more than l can say about some of the older guys
