Not helpful and more expensive than Mitre 10 Cobram for exact same. Benalla locals obviously have no choice.

Never open when I need to visit, seems to have the opening hours of the 1950s, not the current retail environment. Hard to give a good rating when you can’t even get through the door when needed. Must be nice to have no competition…

Been a costumer there for over 10 years on and off and they have never let me down. Great place to shop, service is always great and friendly and will always help out.

Not a huge selection, but can usually find what you need, can be hit and miss with staff assistance.

The younger staff seem more inclined to help, but older staff just fob you off.

Discrimination at its finest, had a TRADE account for 30 years. Now I can't enter the store because they think it's retail.

Benalla Mitre 10 is a great store to visit easy parking friendly helpful staff wide range of products also home electrical rural and garden I live in Wangaratta but enjoy going to Benalla Mitre 10.

Went to buy horse food couple weeks ago. Drove in timber area. Got out of car to be screamed at by employee from a distance to get back in car. Apparently not allowed to get out of car. Absolutely no signage or indication to tell people to stay in car. Next aggressive comment was we are in a 5 day lockdown, don’t u watch the news. I replied I’m aware of that but where does it say you cannot get out of your car. Also said I’m a shift worker so don’t always see the news. He replied well that’s not my fault why dont you get a real job. Needless to say I left without buying anything after that abuse. Rang up & complained to Glen Richards/Richardson? Who was very apologetic over the phone and who took my number & email, saying he would investigate my complaint. Obviously this was all show as I have heard nothing back whatsoever about such a disgusting incident. Have always found mitre 10 service to be terrible & prices expensive but this takes the cake. Absolute disgrace. This is why I shop at bunningd

Always a pleasure to shop at Mitre10 Benalla, not a massive range but suits most needs with competitive prices, staff super friendly & very helpful.have a great plant nursery.highly recommend.

Typical hardware. Nothing outstanding in service and product range. Very poor stock levels which often requires a trip to Wangaratta to Bunnings, or similar

Cheerful helpful staff, had what we wanted, Enviro fly traps and attractant, brilliant stuff, got othet bits and pieces left very content.

Definitely my favourite store in Benalla and that is because the service here is outstanding. When I call, they go out of their way. When I visit I am always greeted with smiles and courtesy. I have used almost all departments and the service is consistant.

Staff were great.they matched they matched a price i had seen on another website plus free delivery

Rick in PLUMBING was an awesome helping choosing the correct filters for our water tank. Bill was super friendly and offering extra help if needed with installation.
