Ben & Jerry’s

We came 10.59 pm and they said they are already closed. 3 of them there.technically doesn’t take much time to scoop the ice cream! Seriously unbelievable

Lovely ice cream. Very beautiful and tasty. Only problem was serving speed was a bit slow as they only have 2 staffs, and the staffs were very attentive to customers hence slower serving speed

Kids loved it, wish they sold some merchandise. About 30 flavour on display. If straight ice cream ain't your thing, try their ultimate hot chocolate with ice cream in it!

Also - the custmer service - impecible, you would think the staff are actually enjoying their work! 11 very impressive as the job must be TERRIBLE! I cant imagine how terrible it would be to work there.drunk customers and hand arthritis from scooping hard ICECREam.so WELLDONE to the staff for being so convincing as happy workersf qwhen they must be very depressed, here-here

Bad for my healthy eating plan but I couldn't resist. Never tried that brand before but loved it. Had the chocolate therapy flavour. OMG.

Awesome Ice creams and so many variants to try on.price is also worth the thing you buy.

When you have a great customer experience it’s always best to make sure you leave a review. So in this instance I was served by a lady called Alice, her knowledge about the flavours was unreal and her scooping skills said it all. As a ice cream fanatic Alice was a 10/10

I always go late in the night to Ben and jerry's. The flavours are endless with weird names. Favorite ice cream stop.

Nice little place staff were ok could be a be more enthusiastic or family friendly even though it was busy it makes people want to come back and I didn't get that from you girls so 3stars for me.

So cute i just ordered ice cream of uber eats since we're in the hardcore lock down, I got the cutest note from someone called Martin saying "Hi I hope you are staying safe! Enjoy your ice cream love Ben and jerrys Flinders lane crew -Martin" thank you Martin made my day a whole lot better i hope you see this

Very disappointed with customer service from Ben & Jerry tonight! The queue was not clear and even though I was there first, this person cut in front of us and ordered half a dozen stuff and we waited for like 45 minutes while the other staff busy with other delivery driver! To make it worst, the ice cream serve was quite stingy which made me want to cry:) :)

Worth getting it scooped and eating at the spot, but I would still go for the tubs at woolworths, I feel like it’s a little bit overpriced and smaller portion compared to other popular ice cream stores in that area.

Ordered afew shakes and ice creams through menu log, 2 of the shakes were missing. We called the store and the guy that answered appoligised and said his 'mate' packed the order and put him on the phone!
He would not acsept that they had missed 2 shakes.
They were definately missing as would not have fit in the 1 bag.
We were not offered a refund or a replacement rather an almost argument. Really badly handled, unprofesional.

Great ice cream. But price is a bit high, especially considering the relatively small amount of ice cream compared to other places. Worth a visit though.

I was slightly overwhelmed by their huge variety. I had an sundae. The brownie part was a bit dry but overall it was really good.

Ice cream was nice, however you are made to wait for a very long in the queue as there is only 1 person attending to the requests.

I've been here several times. Taste and customer service are always good. Today in particular (24th Dec 2018,7: 40 pm) was exceptionally good because one of staff members showed kindness and care that touched my heart. Well done, Ben n Jerry's. I hope you'd give her (the Asian lady) well-deserved Christmas bonus.
