I got served by this amazing girl with black curly hair, she was so friendly and gave me plenty of recommendations as well as complimentary toppings!

I went to Ben and Jerry’s today and had the best experience ever. It was my first time visiting a Ben and Jerry’s store and I was served by Megan… she was lovely. She even gave me free toppings! Highly recommend

In city going to show and couldn't resist an ice-cream treat so while husband getting coffee elsewhere I got 2 scoops (salted caramel and choc mint) in a choc dipped cone. Delicious! So many flavours to choose from and they also do hot choc sundaes and churros.

I would say ben & jerry’s is my 1st rank of ice cream shop in melbourne. I had dirt cake flavor twice during my one month staying in Melbourne. The scoop is really big for me compare to other shop. Love it! If I had a chance to visit Aus again I will try to get the rest of other flavors.

Well you got me - What an upsell that was! Nicely done. However 2 smallish tubes of ice cream for $30 was not worth the price. What the hell was I even thinking, “oh yeah Ben and Jerry’s is reputable brand”and with out much thought I took the bait and paid way too much for ice cream! Shame on me… I knew it too as whist we waiting for our dinner and ice cream I couldn’t stop thinking about what a rip of that was. The wait only made it worse. Unfortunately I will never be purchasing Ben and Jerry’s ever again. If I do see Ben and Jerry’s hanging around at checkout waiting for impulse buy I will happily walk on past. This experience has given me ptsd, I cringe every time the thought crosses my mind. Thanks for a waste of money and horrible experience. Oh and the ice cream flavours aren’t even that good.

Been here three times in the last month.
First time, the shop wasn’t open until 12: 30 even there was people waiting outside from 12: 00 onwards.
Second time, staff wasn’t properly trained in food handling.
Third time, we found a hair in our cone…

Even tho the ice cream tastes amazing and the flavours are never ending, I’ll be thinking twice to go there again.

They replace ice-cream flavours in online orders and give you wrong products when order online. Poor ethics and integrity.

Definitely the best place to get vanilla flavoured ice cream and shake for 11 AUD as of Dec 2022.

Ella and her coworker were easily the most attentive & well mannered staff i’ve ever dealt with at ben & jerry’s.i’ve previously worked as a store manager at baskin robbins for 5 years and never in my time was i lucky enough to have staff like them.despite it being a busy time, they balanced work and conversation with perfect synchrony. Well done Flinders St ben and jerry’s.

Many nice ice cream flavours, and lot of choices

I have honestly never eaten ice-cream better anywhere else on the planet. The flavours are sensational and ingredients genuine. They use real fruit and crunchy bits. To top it off, the prices are amazingly low. Multiple wows!

Friendly staff. Service was a bit slow but they were very nice. All the old reliable B&J flavours.

It has become very expensive, just a small regular cup for $6.80 is just too much.although they are good in taste but the price to afford with family members is way expensive.

We got a cookie Sunday and paid $10 for literally 1 scoop of ice cream with stale gross tasking cookies. It was the most money I’ve ever spent on the smallest not even good tasting thing
