I bought my wedding dress at Belle et Blanc and I had such a great experience there. The dresses are beautiful and very reasonably priced.

Belle Et Blanc Bridal was where I bought my wedding dress for my wedding in February. I initially went in early 2021 and was provided with excellent service by the team. I needed my dress to be changed as there was a specific way I wanted it and the team was able to cater to what I wanted. When I went for my final fit on, I was blown away at how perfect the dress was. The team at Belle et Blanc are truly amazing and such beautiful people. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Overpowering smell was enough to give you a headache, rude service, and made the bride feel very uncomfortable. Fitter didn’t listen, and put the bride in severely undersized gowns, and it felt like too much of an effort to get right sized garments.

In response to your response, yeah the candles are nice, but any more than 15 minutes in the store and your nose starts to burn because of how overpowering it is. The bride had to ask twice for the fitter to bring out her sizing. The fitter was rude and told the bride she wouldn’t put her in the gowns she pulled because we have no idea what we’re doing, only to put her in those gowns later after being put in three dresses she hated. Insulting.

I love my dress from Belle et Blanc. The staff were clear and kind, they always answered all of my questions both in fittings and through email and phone calls. I really appreciate Donna in helping me find my dream dress & I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day.

My fiancé had the worst experience just now, the staff ladies were very rude to her and paying almost no attention to her, even being on their phones while serving her. My fiancé is Vietnamese so English isn’t her first language but she’s very easy to understand but the staff were very snobby and just plain didn’t care. Zero customer service skills with no attentiveness and it’s like we’re doing them a favour when we’re the ones buying their product. I hope this review gets seen by management! Also you can tell they were more attentive to people that were white and had much fancier clothes.

A friend and I popped in to the shop to browse. We were greeted by very friendly lady and the shop smelt beautiful and very well presented. I was pleasantly surprised by the great range of sizes being a bigger lady I had plenty of options to look at. I would highly recommend this store. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Where do I even begin with the ladies form Belle et Blanc! I’m so forever grateful to Donna and Rose for helping me on my journey in finding me the most perfect dress and being so accomodating with my requests in changing elements on the original dress, until it was exactly what I envisioned.

I went to countless dress shops and tried on over 20 dresses until I found the most perfect dress at Belle et Blanc! The first time I went to belle et Blanc was by complete fluke and I’m so happy that I went in before my appointment at another wedding dress shop. The advice and the kindness of the girls was incredible, they didn’t want to just sell you a dress, they made sure that you looked like a vision and you felt incredible! Their service and attention to detail is the reason why I put my trust in them and I ended up with the most beautiful dress I could have dreamed for. Thank you so much to you lovely ladies!

Belle et Blanc is the stand out wedding dress store in Brunswick. I made the booking for my sister-in-law to be and accompanied her for her appointment. From the service to the quality and range of dresses available, Belle et Blanc is worthy of a visit. The booking process was very quick and easy and the staff really care about making the bride feel and look her best on their wedding day. They are accomodating of all sizes and their extensive experience and professionalism brought about tailored and considered recommendations. They struck the perfect balance between allowing the bride to browse and explore while making useful suggestions and comments to lead her on the path to finding the winner dress! Our consultant Sara was an absolute gem to work with. She made the experience so effortless and genuinely cared about hunting down the perfect dress for her big day. Our bridal party looked for dresses at a number of competitor stores along Sydney Road, and none compared to the service and care of Sara and her team. Keep it up ladies!

I went in Belle et Blanc over the weekend, and although none of the gowns were 'me, ' the quality of service I received from Sara was fantastic. Highly recommend any future bride to go make an appointment with her!

I am writing this review on behalf of my mum Christine, we had previously gone to a few other bridal shops with some bad experiences and came across this one.
We were blown away with the customer service received by Sara, she knew exactly what we were looking for and was very honest and listened to our concerns, what we liked and didn’t like for the perfect dress.
Sara was absolutely amazing and couldn’t recommend her enough! We had such an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

Early last year I stepped foot into Belle Et Blanc and it was like no other bridal boutique experience. Sara was absolutely amazing, and made me feel comfortable within minutes. The vibe in there was so romantic with love songs playing in the background, stunning dresses on display and a warm feeling that made me know something special was going to happen. Within the hour of my consultation I was in my dream gown; Vanessa. Sara helped me find my dress by getting to know me, figuring out the type of person I am, what kinds of things I liked and worked with what type of wedding I was having. She made me feel like a million dollars; not only on the day that I found my dress, but each and every time I walked through the doors of Belle Et Blanc. All the girls did! I still pop in from time to time to see the girls and spot my dress through the window. It gives me a magical feeling!
I know that in 10,20 even 30 years time when I look back at my wedding photos; my wedding dress is something I will never regret.
I could not recommend Belle Et Blanc more.

I had a great experience here. Although I didn't purchase my dress here, I would highly recommend this store and specifically Sara. They have a beautiful selection of reasonably priced dresses and Sara really worked with me and actually picked out the dress that suited me the best of the ones I tried here and I loved how it looked on. The dress I ended up going with elsewhere was one that I doubt I would have even tried were it not for the dress Sara picked for me here. When I came in I had just had a very bad experience with a consultant in another bridal store and Sara was so helpful and genuinely friendly and on a personal note, reassured me about some of the negative things the consultant at the other store said to me. With the COVID situation, the store really worked around what suited us and allowed us to have multiple appointments so everyone could see the dress I liked there. The girls in the store were also great fun - probably the funniest appointments we had across 4 different stores. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Donna at Belle et Blanc Bridal. What an amazing experience! From the moment I set foot in the store, Donna was friendly and accomodating. Although I didn’t have an appointment and Donna seemed quite busy, she still made time to see me. Donna was well versed and provided me with helpful recommendations regarding style/size of the dress that suited. She went above my expectations to assist with the dress I had my heart set on. Donna has great attention to detail and accounted for every alteration required so that my dress would fit perfectly. She worked within the constraints of my needs with the highest level of professionalism and in a timely manner. Definitely recommending! The store is filled with beautiful dresses and staff to assist. I feel like I walked out of the store with a dress I loved and a new found friendship!

After days of looking for my perfect wedding dress I found my dream dress at Belle et Blanc the dresses there are so beautiful and the prices very affordable and not mentioning the amazing customer service so glad i went into the shop. ️
