I had a very pleasant experience at this bridal boutique and highly recommend it. I believe my experience was so pleasant because of my consultant, Anna. From the first moment i stepped into the store, she was so lovely and helpful and most importantly, genuine. Anna listened to my wants and needs and offered fantastic advice and helpful knowledge. It was clear she has good experience and genuinely cares. She followed up with me and accommodated me and this really meant alot. Thank you for all your time and energy Anna, you've been so lovely.

This place has such bad customer service, my sister visited looking for a dress for her august wedding and the minute she walked in they treated her with the most disrespect, they even yelled at our mother for wanting to take a photo of a dress even tho we saw no visible signs saying not to, we would have gladly respected the store policys. My sister said she felt rushed and felt like they didn’t want her there. Don’t bother coming here

This review is for Donna, Olivia and Rose. I wish I could give you girls 6 out of 5 stars. Exceptional service and beautiful gowns in store for any and every body type. I said yes to the dress with Olivia and Donna in store, and they were so genuinely happy for me. They were so helpful throughout the whole process and made me feel very comfortable and supported. I got a few alterations done and the dress was absolutely flattering and fit me like a glove. Rose was with me at my last fitting and she was so kind and helpful. Thankyou ladies! I got married last week and got so many compliments on my dress.

I highly recommend them for their attentiveness, professionalism and personability, they really made wedding dress shopping such a fun and easy process. My wedding was last Sunday 27.11.22 and all I can say is that I’m so grateful to have found my dream dress at Belle et Blanc. With the help and guidance of Donna she found my dream dress. I purchased the Vikki gown which was more princess than the sleek mermaid gown I was after. But the words Donna said stuck to me “ you can only wear this gown once in your life” and that is what made me purchase it. It was my day to be special and this gown made me feel it. Throughout the process of my fittings, Donna and Rose were fantastic. They were helpful in explaining the new additions to my dress and things that needed to be done to make it better. They took extra care and made feel taken care of properly. You can really trust the expertise of the staff as they are there to help you. Donna especially made sure every time I tried on my gown that I felt comfortable and satisfied with it. Any problems, she assisted instantly or gave me the perfect advice. It was like having your mum guide you through the whole process. She was simply outstanding, she made my bridal experience memorable and for that I’ll always be grateful for.

All I can say is my experience here is a 10/10. Thank you to the staff of Belle for helping me make my wedding dreams come true.

Belle assisted me enthusiastically in helping me choose a veil this weekend, and I am so grateful! She provided amazing customer service, and really made me feel excited about my upcoming wedding, which is not the reception I received from other bridal store assistants on Sydney road who appeared low energy / uninterested. Shopping at Blanc Bridal Boutique was a wonderful experience, especially considering I didn't know what kind of veil I was looking for going in, so their knowledge and insight was appreciated. Belle and her colleague (manager?) even went above and beyond and gifted me a spare garment bag they had, as I had to been on the hunt for one without any success. I would like to post about my fantastic experience with the team at Belle et Blanc. The dresses there were beautiful and the level of customer service exceptional. I have been to so many bridal shops and I have to highlight my fantastic experience with Rose, the consultant looking after me. She was friendly, warm and very helpful. Rose had gone above and beyond during my fitting, providing me with a number of really useful tips as well as suggested vendors which helped to assist me with the planning of the big day. I highly recommend Belle et Blanc.

I would say I’m the type of person to do things pretty last minute and so when I started searching for my wedding dress it was in late February 22’ and my wedding was in June 22’. I know.
Belle et Blanc was the second bridal boutique I went to and tbh ngl I didn’t have high hopes coming from the first boutique. The first boutique were rude and made sure I knew that their selection of plus size gowns was minimal and I’m a size 14.
But I was wrong!
I had such an amazing experience at Belle et Blanc!
Rose ran my appointment that day and was just so kind! She even gave me tips on decently priced wedding shoes that I ended up buying!
I didn’t really know what I wanted in a dress but I told her the vibe of the wedding and she said “you pick a couple and I’ll pick one” when she showed me the one she picked I didn’t think much of it and so we tried it on first … lol it was my dress. Nothing I tried on after felt the same!
Donna was my consultant there after and was so wonderful and kind through each fitting making me feel so comfortable each time I went. She also said that it didn’t matter how many fittings I needed as long as the dress fit perfectly and that was so comforting to hear!
So I highly recommend Belle et Blanc if you’re looking for something absolutely beautiful and want an amazing wedding dress experience!
