After being told my trusty RM Boots couldn’t be overhauled for fifth time in 15 by the cobbler in Donvale, I went back to Bellbird Cobbler in Blackburn and they are now as good as new. Highly recommend.

Really friendly staff who are amazing at their jobs! I had my boots repaired here and the attention to detail was fantastic. The price for a zip and heel replacement as well as an overall buff/polish came in at under $80 which is a great deal I must say!

Fixed the insoles of my boots on the spot and quickly! I had a choice of foam or leather soles and got the leather for $28.

The best of the best. Brought him my very favourite pair of shoes - a pair of 15+ year old ankle boots that I wear 300 or more days of the year and had been mauled by other cobblers during previous 'repairs' - and not only did he repair both the heels and the elastic, he did it with a smile and incredible efficiency, plus at a ridiculously reasonable price. He's mended many pairs of my family's shoes over the years and we wouldn't recommend anyone else. An utter gem.

I used my lightweight running shoes in a trail ultramarathon and managed to cut the uppers in a few places on some rocks. The Bellbird Cobbler was able to restore their functionality and looks to a really good level at a decent price. I really enjoyed the attention to detail and the chats. Bellbird DO take credit cards despite a review to say the contrary! Don't hesitate to drop in for some great service!

Great service! Made my shoes look 10 years younger. Have had two vintage boots serviced here and it's excellent every time. Such a nice guy too. Reasonably priced local business!

Excellent friendly service. Took a pair of shoes in to get a squeak fixed and have the heels replaced, quoted $65 altogether. Was told that the squeaking might be an iterative process and that I could bring them back until the problem was gone at no additional charge. He was right, in that each time one squeak was fixed another one showed up, but three visits later the problem is solved and I'm no further out of pocket.

The wonderful person who owns this business is a magician with shoes! Fast and professional service, he was able to mend my Doc's so that they were up & running (literally) the very next day. Other repair services offered as well, including bags, etc. I'm so happy that I found this place.

Brought in two pairs of leather boots needing to be re-heeled. Not only did this lovely gentleman pop on new heels, he had rubbed in some polish making the scuffmarks on them virtually disappear! Looking good as new. Also sewed up the frayed and torn lining on a small leather backpack very well. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a good cobbler. Competitive prices.

$10 to get a buckle fixed, done in 24 hours as promised, and lovely friendly old-style service. Can't ask for much more.
