Beletti Restaurant Cafe Bar

Staff greeted us at the door, quickly took us the our table. Brought over some pencils for the kids to draw with. Meals were great and they came out quickly.

Nice quiet restaurant, food great taste and we'll presented, we had a big group and were welcomed with opened arms. Will go back again soon.

I came in here for a morning takeaway coffee. I enjoyed it. Bit of a posh place to be. Wasn't too busy for the morning peak.

I love this restaurant. Perfect coffee in the morning and an amazing breakfast. My favourite is the eggs Benedict. I've been here several times and will be going back. Staff were really nice and very helpful.

Just had coffee. It was ok. Place too busy, service takes a while. I also witnessed a staff telling of an impatient customer.

Had lunch at this beautiful restaurant with my daughter. Food was okay, as for service was okay too. The restaurant can do better. Not bad for Dandenong

Had lunch on Saturday.
Very nice service.
But lunch wasn't very good at all.
I found a hair in my entre and told the waitress.
I had Caesar salad and asked for chicken to be added.
The chicken was like jerky and in-edible.
Sweets was very nice. Very disappointed that my complaint wasn't even taken into consideration and not even a sorry.let alone maybe a discount to our VERY expensive, underwhelming lunch. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend anyone.

The food at this place is really nice, good quality ingredients and very gourmet, that being said the service is not the best. The wait staff is not attentive and slow.
I had to ask 3 times from 3 different people about chili, whilst my food waited and got cold. Additionally often the staff ignored us and walked past.

Fantastic restaurant, delicious food, service was excellent, calamari were so tender and delicious mayonnaise was very complimentary to our calamari and salad was very fresh, we love coming to Beletti

Called to make a booking for Friday at 5.45pm for a table of 8. The lady that answered asked me to hold on the phone while she finished keying in details for another booking, then when she did assist me, told me she can't do the booking for Friday, and when I said it was really early at 5.45pm and for a group of 8, she said she could do it but we would have to leave by 6.45pm. As this only gave my group an hour, I politely declined the booking and thanked her anyways to which she replied - "WELL THAT'S A BIT RUDE! "
I apologised - which is weird, why should I apologise? Lol. And she continued to be rude and the call concluded with me feeling very disappointed at this experience - surely it should be a more positive experience where business is welcome and someone isn't berated for politely, POLITELY, declining a reservation due to insufficient timing provided. Very rude and unnecessary.

Delicious food awesome environment. Only negative for a big boy like me is the portion sizes could be a little bigger. Overall nice place to go with family and friends, great staff excellent service.

Great food, good ambience, lovely friendly and capable wait staff. Could do with live music perhaps. And the prices are a little on the steep side. But wonderful food Everytime!

This is a really lovely restaurant! The waitress came over to me and made me feel very warmly welcome and looked after me from the moment I was seated to the end of my meal. I really appreciated this so much. Good service and the food was beautiful! I had ravioli with a delicious meat sauce and it was superb! And then I had the most delicious dessert to die for! The chocolate dome! That was just so good and good quality. I'm a fine diner and I appreciated the fine quality of the food. Thank you and I will be back.

Coffee is good. Food can be off and on, some times good, some times not so good, but not overly bad. Staff are a bit the same too unfortunately. Some times pleasant, some times just really average.

Fantastic service, great food and atmosphere. The staff really took care of us tonight. Easily one of the best experiences I've had in a restaurant ever.

I was very surprised with this place which was a chance finding. I had coffee and scrambles eggs. The coffee was good and I thought the scrambled eggs were delicious. I hope I can visit again soon.

Was taken to beletti for lunch the steak sandwich was fab my friend had the seafood entree she enjoyed that the staff looked after me really well and even put a candle in the desert for me to blow out for my birthday thank you it made my day special

Loved it here! The atmosphere was perfect - a great balance between intimate and fun, and this was topped off so well by the food which was delicious. I definitely recommend eating here, whether it's with family, friends, or even one-on-one - you won't be disappointed and the food looks and tastes great!

Not a bad place to have breakfast / brunch. A little bit overpriced for the quantity of food you get. The coffee was reasonably priced and good quality.
