A must go to! We had both dinner and breakfast here and could not fault it. The staff and service are top class and food was brilliant! Will be coming back next time we are this way.

The food is great and the service is awesome! I recommend the barramundi and their pistachio gelato.

Attended due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews.
The positives:
- warm and welcoming service. Everyone was very polite and attentive towards us.
- the dirty plates were speedily cleared with zero fuss.
- food arrived relatively quickly.
- the garlic bread was delicious (albeit a small size if you want to share).
- the chicken parma meal was of a decent size, the salad looked fresh, chips were good.

The negatives:
- ordered the veg napolitana. $25, included pasta, napolitana sauce, some bocconcini cheese & basil. It was delicious BUT I've never seen such a small serving of pasta! Maybe the menu should update it as a kids-size meal & halve the price? There was barely anything on the plate. We came for dinner, not for a snack. What exactly is one paying $25 for?
The carbonara was also $25, similarly small size. We were still hungry after those meals.

- Ordered the waffles for desert.
They looked and tasted *exactly* as the packed waffles that you'd find at Coles- with the sugar crystals inside of them. I thought that the waffles were freshly cooked on premises. Doubt that now.

- The New York Cheesecake was dry.

Great impression from the entrée, the mains tasted good, but the serving sizes need to match the price. Finished desert only due to still feeling hungry.

Amazing food, everything was hot and tasted like authentic Italian. Great staff, everyone super friendly and welcoming. Staff checking in asking if the food was okay and if we needed anything else. Will be coming with my family again:)

The food was delicious and plentiful. Seevice was good and the staff were friendly. Definitely be back.

Good coffee. Poached eggs on sourdough was also good. Service was attentive and prompt. Mind you, my coffee wasn't brought out with the other coffees.

Ordered 2 meals for dinner via Uber Eats. Have eaten at Beletti a handful of times before and have always been satisfied, until this evening. The Parma itself was succulent and well cooked, yet the Garlic Prawns were atrocious! They were served with a minuscule amount of rice. Two tablespoons to be exact, measured as taking out of the container. Nowhere near enough to soak up the garlic cream sauce. Plus, what seemed to be undercooked basmati was used, not jasmine. I called to complain and all I was told in the most disinterested tone is that they serve it with one cup of rice. No attempt was made to rectify the situation. It was clearly not one cup of rice. Please see the photos attached. At least when your biggest competition The Pavilion, charge almost $40 for Garlic Prawns, you get the real thing - an adult sized portion, not a baby sized serving of rice with a lemon wedge that filled almost half of the tiny container. I didn't waste any further time challenging what was said to me by the condescending staff member. I believe a picture of the abysmal portion is embarrassingly justified. I will never be ordering from Beletti again.

First time I have been here. Very clean restaurant. Very good service. I had chicken linguine and it was delicious. Full of flavour. I will go here again.

We came here for breakfast this morning after staying overnight at the hotel next door. Honestly I couldn't fault the service. We sat around the circular booth. The female waitress was friendly, prompt and gave us several opportunities to order. We didn't have to wait very long for our coffees and egg & bacon rolls.

As I was leaving, the waiter called me an a-hole and then threatened me. Also, the food took far too long to get to my table. I don't feel safe eating here.

THIS USED TO BE MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT. Today I went in and waited forever for my food and after leaving the waiter called me an a-hole. I feel so hurt that he said this to me as I never did anything wrong. Just because you have so much business and customers doesn't give you a pass to disrespect your regular customers.

Good and fast customer service. All round a good experience. Just add some salt to your meals and you will be fine.

So friendly and great food. Running late for a work function, I rang through my order and they greeted me with a beer and a smile as I walked in. Made me feel like family.

Busy little place! Ducked in after some furniture shopping with limited time to eat - food come out fast and the coffee was amazing. Great staff and a pleasure to be at.
