Their creme patisserie is excellent. Actually, any of their pastries with custard are not notch.

Baked goods are delicious, but sandwiches are not fresh and pre-made. Coffee felt water down.

Bought a coffee scroll for morning tea. Worst I have ever had. Dry and stale. Possibly several days old. Very disappointed.

Definitely worth the drive. The pies and pastry are perfectly delicious! I love the cinnamon donuts, chewy and yummy. The staff are very nice and attentive.

Unfortunately my coffee yesterday Thursday 28th Sept around 840am, was so hot I burnt my tongue. I went back to the counter and asked the girl behind the coffee machine to please put some more milk in, as it was so hot it had burnt my tongue. She took the cup put some cold milk in it, didn’t apologise, she wasn’t pleasant at all. Talk about attitude… she wouldn’t be working for me if I owned a business…

Got a loaf of bread not long out of the oven. Yum. Normal bakery fare. Would I go back.in a heartbeat.

As far as bakeries go, this is a great one. It can't be easy being a bakery these days with all of the pressure on prices and gluten issues. I've been to several other bakeries but keep coming back here for the quality and friendly staff.

Very popular bakery. The crowd comes in waves so if its busy you should wait outside til it clears up. The cinnamon donut was the best I ever tasted. The black coffee taste good too.

All signs are out, doors open, chair's out, 1st in line.but go in 2 min early and get yelled at, so wait and 10 other people walk in so I now have to wait a long time. Fine, make a coffee at home.

Friendly service but steak pie was not nice. Tough meat and average pastry. If you want a pie, go to Gum Tree Pies instead.

I asked to order a custom sandwich - the lady got all flustered saying they're really busy so I can only have a sandwich from the shelf, meanwhile there was a man next to me ordering a custom sandwich.

I said I wanted to add my own things like beetroot etc which wasn't on any of the sandwiches on the shelf. She said if you do it's going to cost much much more.

I don't mind the price I just want a sandwich but it was made to seem way to difficult.

Very good pastries etc, many unique to Beechworth Bakery. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lots of delicious food. Best Bakery Around. Pretty famous in our part of Town. People come from far & wide for this shop

If you can't find it here, it doesn't exist, really good quality and range, yummy.

Ordered a ice coffee with no cream and got given an ice chocolate with cream, and I live Melbourne I wanted to get a drink on the way back, a old lady served me called Leanne she was rude and made a big fuss.

Big line up at lunch time but plenty of staff meant we were served quickly. Sandwiches were fresh made, service was friendly and the vanilla slice was sensational.

Good coffee and we really appreciated the service! They overlooked our coffee order which I had to chase up. I wasn’t expecting anything for the delay but the woman apologised, gave me back my money and gave me a couple of cinnamon donuts free of charge. That kind of thing goes a long way.

The savoury food we ordered were sumptuous, but the customer service there was quite rude. Threw us off a bit.

Food/drink is ok but very overpriced. Staff seem flat out and generally friendly apart from the woman in grey. I've been in a couple times over the last few days and she seems to constantly be getting mad at her staff Infront of customers and is very rude and rushed towards customers. She makes it a stressful and unpleasant visit just seeing how she talks to the other staff.

A great breakfast at a reasonable price in a timely manner even at peak time on a long weekend.
A stand-out in terms of country hospitality. These guys understand that being in the country does not have to mean slow and average. A seemingly well run operation. Recommended.
