We had an amazing experience with Nimesha. She helped us with all the queries in making an informed decision to buy our bed. We are very happy and content with the bed we bought. She went above and beyond to help us out, gave us a really goof bundle price and heaps of info around warranties etc. No other place had all the features in a bed we wanted. Attended the Dandenong store on 07/03/2021 after a referral from Chelsea at Plush sofas Dandenong, who had recommended the onyx product after purchasing from one of the stores.

My partner and I were greeted by Abhay, a friendly and attentive team member, and explained to him we were looking for an onyx mattress product line. Abhay was able to show us the mattress and provided a wealth of information into its design and manufacture process. He encouraged us to test the suitability of the mattress without being forceful or pushing us into anything.

An exceptionally comfortable mattress that met all our criteria, it was clear why this mattress had been recommended to us, and why I would easily recommend it to others. It’s a generously proportioned mattress, with plenty of support for the troublesome areas, with some real quality features. It’s also made right here in Victoria, which is a plus for those who are conscious of supporting local jobs and buying locally made products.

Abhay was friendly and attentive to our requirements, provided constructive feedback to our questions and provided suggestions about the suitability of the product in our home which ultimately led to us placing an order for the product.

We had considered purchasing a different mattress (something to do with ducks) which consistently receives positive reviews (including Choice) and hyped media platform campaigns, yet no one we know (or anyone they know) has one. There was enough reasonable doubt over the veracity of available information that when we tested the onyx mattress, we felt this was the better choice overall.

With plenty of furniture and bed stores within walking distance, I can understand there’s a lot of choice and plenty of team members you could engage with. A big thanks to Abhay for taking the time to assist us on finding the right product for our needs. If anyone requires a mattress in the foreseeable future, I’d definitely recommend speaking to Abhay and consider the onyx product line at Beds n Dreams Dandenong.

I am about to move out of home and was looking for a new bed and a mattress and the Florida Coast bed caught my eye.

This investment has been a few years in the making. I will never delay it again. I had the best sleep I've had in 10 years last night. Brent helped me find the perfect mattress. Comfortable yet supportive. I sleep warm so needed a mattress that doesn't over heat. I wanted support yet for it to feel soft. The onyx black QB mattress plush. Is perfect. Brent listened to what I needed and I'm so very happy with my purchase. Thank you I will be recommending this store to many.

Excellent Customer service. Normally once the goods are sold the staff are not interested on any dissatisfaction on the goods. At this place their focus was on customer satisfaction. Especially Brent & Nimesha were excellent, in their approach, great price too.
