Found Brent to be aggressive due to the fact i bought a bedside table and i was accused of 'hiding things' when i didn't state a family member of mine bought the same bed set years ago. I wanted a refund for the faulty bedside table and was told 'i don't even feel like giving you a new one'. When the warehouse picked it up they agreed that the batch was faulty. Thank you to the warehouse for honouring the ACCC guidelines and replacing the bedside table.

Went there when driving past after visiting other stores, this store has good range, better products at lower prices than some others.
All staff helpful, knowledgeable and genuine service.
Returned to buy bed frame, bedside table and quality mattress for my teenage son, will go back to purchase more.

Walking into this big store, I knew what I wanted and I was greeted by James who made my dreams come true.
I was overwhelmed with all the beautiful furniture there, but James showed us what we wanted. Bonus, it's on special and didn't go over my budget.
He patiently waited while we decided what to do, we walked out to check other shops but came back to happily purchase the best one around.
James was knowledgeable about the product which gave us peace of mind.
