I’ve been going here for a year and am completely addicted! Not sure I can ever go back to normal lashes!

Always love the lashes I get here! They’re meticulously applied and the result is always lovely lashes. The ladies that work there are friendly and the salon is super cute. Would definitely recommend.

Salon said open at 10am.my appt was for 12noon but still not open.waited 15 more minutes numerous phone calls none of which were returned!

I am unable to leave a review regarding the service as the service didn’t even happen. I have a confirmation email stating my appointment was booked for 1pm 23/5/18. I travel 7.5km to your salon, pay for parking & show up 10 minutes early to my appointment at Bedroom Eyes. There was a closed sign up in the door window, no lights on, no note on the door to say “back in 10 mins/out for lunch”. There was a little dog inside the salon barking at me. I rang the bell, the shop number and the mobile number that was provided. No answer. I booked in with you due to your fabulous reviews and that I’m going to America on my holiday tomorrow and wanted fresh lashes for it. I waited 25 minutes outside your salon in the freezing cold & nobody showed. I’m extremely disappointed with Bedroom Eyes salon. You didn’t even call to cancel my appointment if that was the case. Rude!

Have used bedroom eyes a couple of times now, every time I've been very happy with my lashes, did refill after 3.5 weeks as lashes had not fallen out. The girls are lovely and very quick. Would definitely recommend them.

After some confusion and a negative experience where my skin reacted badly after some threading, I left a 1-star review of Bedroom Eyes. However I’m editing this to increase my rating as my feedback was followed up kindly and quickly and I was given a refund so I was very happy with the follow up and resolution.

The staff at Bedroom Eyes was excellent! So glad I came here over other salons. My brows look exactly how i wanted them to!

Shame the second was so different.
My eyelash extensions all came out within a few days, when I contacted them, very nice on the phone and said to come in to have a look and a refill would be needed and appoligosed
When I went back
I was turned away due to an illness from the technician and was told I'd be notified to come back in the afternoon so I waited around the area to here nothing back.
After calling I had no reply until 7.30 pm that evening, no one can help being ill, but my appointment was 11am! I Went back the next day and
I had a new girl do them
Who pulled and tugged my lashes, even brush my eyeball, most uncomfortable experience and charged me $80 for the fix up, and no apology to me about this matter.
When I sent an email about my experience
All she said was sorry there is other technicians. And sorry she was ill. It's such bad customer service, I'm in this industry and I would never treat a customer this way especially charging for a fix up that they did wrong.
Il never be going back
I'd advice spend your money somewhere else and get better service and lashes.

First time here at bedroom eyes and so happy with my results! Will definitely be returning for more treatments!

Gabriela and her team both share years of experience and are extremely knowledgeable in the recommendations of what lashes suit you best and offer valuable advice in taking care of them. During my visit I noticed the salon was gorgeous, decked out in French provincial style and had a calming, yet still very professional vibe and was very clean. They have a great range of lash products as well as top of the range skin products. The ladies were so easy to get along with and had me in stitches.

Amazing and very professional! Well worth it for eyelash extensions. My mum and I both go regularly and would highly recommend. Tried other places for extensions however, this is by far the best place to go!

I came for glamour volume extension I paid for it but I have natural volume! I'm really not happy!

Rude service. Had to change my appointment time 3 hrs prior because the beautician had gone home. Was told one thing then another between the two receptions, who were both unapologetic and very inconsiderate. Not worth your time.
