First they cancelled my appointment, so I rebooked and when i turned up for my appointment she said it had been cancelled by me, which it wasn't and I didn't receive any indication this had happened. They said they would book me in for the next day, when i reached out on the day to check about the appointment I found that person wasn't even working that day so there were no slots available. Messed me around 3 times, not going back.

Couldn't reach on the phone at all to book. Called, left message and texted many times. Just one phone call while I was at work and couldn't reach after.
They might have known it was with Groupon with my enquiry and potentially avoiding Groupon clients booking?

I’ve been getting lash extensions at BE for the last few months and can confirm that the therapists are highly skilled.

I was reluctant in the beginning as I've had some horrible experiences in the past. However, Sev was really patient and thoroughly discussed styles and even types of lashes that would best suit my eyes.
Artists on many visits have been extra attentive & kind. I’ve never been rushed and never felt like they have rushed either.

The customer service and whole experience has been pleasant

I have been here enough times to be able to confidently give a 5 star review. Over the past couple of years, I have come to Bedroom Eyes to get my eyebrows threaded, and a lash lift/tint on two occasions. All of my interactions - both front desk/payment area and services - have been with Sahra. Sahra has always been so welcoming, kind and attentive with me. Sahra is always thorough and pays attention to detail with threading and my lash lifts. I have always received exactly what I've wanted because Sahra listens to my request and asks to make sure I've received what I like. Also, I am always taken to my service very promptly after entering Bedroom Eyes - I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes after arriving to enter my appointment. I am always able to book an appointment within a few days, too. The 'waiting area' is pleasant to walk around, and the room for services is clean and welcoming, with quiet and calm music playing (always a plus!). Always a positive experience with Sahra at Bedroom Eyes!

I've been going to Bedroom eyes for seven years now. I'd been to several different places prior but since coming here I've never looked back. Kristy works magic every time and her girls are just as wonderful. The service is top notch, the atmosphere is soothing and Ive recommended Bedroom Eyes to my friends time and time again.

I had an eyelash lift there and it was an amazing experience. The staff were so friendly and professional. The shop is so cute and smells so nice with all the natural sebons and candles. I did buy lots of soaps cause they are great for giving christmas presents

Had my eyebrows threaded here today and I'm so happy with them! This will definitely be my new regular spot and I can't wait to come back!

I’ve had natural style lashes done here many times and have had compliments how great they look. The service is great!

I drive about 40 minutes out of my way every 4-6 weeks to get my lashes done by the Bedroom Eyes team.
My friends think I am crazy, until I explain how not only are the lashes the best quality I’ve ever had (and they agree the best they’ve seen of their friends) but the service is amazing and the lashes last for ages looking lovely and fluffy.so well worth the trip!

Love the girls here and loved my manicure, they even let my boyfriend sit in the massage chair while I got my nails done.

Great service. Some services are more expensive here but you can find some great group on deals for this place.

I chose Bedroom Eyes because it's close to my house and I'm really happy with the way Amritta does my eyebrows. I am going to try microblading with Dee to have a more clean and sharp look if I am happy I will update my rating to 5 stars!
