Bedi's Indian Restaurant reviews
58We really enjoyed our visit for takeaway at Bedi’s. The meal was unplanned and we were served promptly and with good service. Thanks
Our go to Indian. Order on the phone and ready in 10 mins. The samosa is awesome. Plenty of vegan options, just have to ask.
Great food and great atmosphere. Feels like eating at someone’s house, very cozy and love all the cricket memorabilia.
Lovely food.masala dal, vindalu and the tikka kebabs are must try. Interior pics are just perfect for any cricket lovers.
Great food! If looking for a very cheap place, i wouldn’t go here. Other than the price and the wine (a bit old) It’s very good! My belly has never been this satisfied… ever!
Bedi's has got to be the best Indian food I've eaten before. The Rogan Josh and butter chicken are the best there. The staff are very friendly and aren't afraid for a chat! I also love the cricket themed walls aswell. Would recomend anyone this restraunt if they asked where's the best Indian restaurant.
I was ordered the food from this restaurunt, and I can't eat it because it's very bad smell.and the tasted is very bad also
Fantastic, great tasting, excellent value for money, amazing service. Five stars all the way.
Highly recommend the Garlic Naan and Beef Vindaloo. Thanks for an awesome meal and wine.
We ordered aloo matar and the peas were not even cooked. I wonder how can they manage to not cook peas. Gulab Jamun tasted like out of the tin packaging. Palak paneer was bitter in taste. The food taste was pathetic overall. Never ordering from this place again.
P. S. Learn how to make garlic naan. You don't have to stick garlic paste on the naan after its cooked.
Couldn’t eat the food as it tasted metallic and greasy. Suggested on the phone they check their pots are not scratched/leaching aluminium, change to a better cooking oil and throw out stale food. They denied issue with food, offered refund, I declined.
Ordered a spicy chicken biryani but it was loaded with a kilo of red chilly powder.tasted pathetic.
Sure.i am really lucky to know where not to eat next time.and your reply shows that not only your food but your attitude towards taking criticism is pathetic too.anyways good luck.get well soon.
First time I ordered from Bedi's, admittedly Uber Eats. They do their own deliveries.
Couldn't have been better service and the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the chicken korma and the palak paneer, naan and rice, and I couldn't fault anything.
Definitely coming back for more, and on the very short list for next date night out. Good job Bedi's.
Last night we ordered Food from Bedi's. The Daal, Aloo Matar and Malai Koftas were exceptionally good. I have tried many Indian restaurants in Melbourne, but they lacked the proper desi taste.
We ordered few Samosas too, they were super tasty. It was the first time when we had a samosa with proper filling. I have tried Samosas at different places here and most of them don't focus on the filling part.
5 stars to Bedi's and would definitely order next time.
Best Indian food in Melbourne! Decades of experience here.
And, Bedi just happens to be a legend too.
Aloo palak, chicken butter cream, garlic naan, samosas.
Far out. Good gear!
Cricket museum is insane too, and I don't follow cricket.:) Get it up ya!
Bedi’s deserve to be at least 4.5 stars! Delicious Indian food, friendly hospitality and iconic cricket memorabilia adds quirkiness to this local Indian restaurant! Amazing vegetarian options, and the best onion Bhaji’s I’ve had!
Most of the food we had was out of this world but the fantastic service was what really sold us on this place!
Can't fault Bedi's. Great food, well priced, generous portion sizes, and speedy delivery. We ordered the bhuna gosht, chicken tikka masala and the mixed veg curry. Delicious.
Friday night dinner was delicious. A beautiful yellow dhal, a velvety mushroom curry, legendary butter chicken and the freshest tear apart naan. Thanks Bedi’s for a gorgeous family meal. Paul.
Ordered masala dal which was not at all good in taste. Malai kofta gravy was okayish too. Would not prefer to order again.
This review is based on a delivery order we did from here on 13May. We ordered chicken tikka gravy, full tandoori chicken and naans. The food was most probably stale and the chicken had bad odour making it very unappetising. Aside from that there was no taste in anything whatsoever and too much red colouring was used. The onion in the gravy was raw and everything was cold. This couldn’t have happened during the delivery as the delivery was actually quick and we live less than 1Km away from the restaurant. I hope this was a one off case, but we had to throw away most of the food and make alternate dinner arrangements. So disheartened.
