Made a booking to come and fit tyres - then to be advised they were not available
Why advise any tyre not available?
Firstly they never tried to sell me more products other than what was required. Amazing communication with understanding of what was required to be done. Were able to order and install tires in the same day, plus ensured my wait was comfortable and relaxing.
I’ve never been or had much experience at a car repair shop (had lots of anxiety to go in the first place) and was faced with the most positive and fun experience. They were really professional whilst being able to have a laugh and conversation.
Will definitely go back for future check ups.:)
It was good, I got 4 new tyres for my car. I was hoping that they would spray the tyres with protective spray but it didn't happen a bit disappointed with that but overall good. I wish they could match the price with others, so we could get the best price at our local Beaurepairs without going too far during this difficult time
Staff was very helpful Had one puncture repaired but after left the shop find out rims clearcoat was scratch.no good still new car and scratch
I won't return to this place, the manager hates his job, bad customer service, very rude and useless.
I preferred to pay again and get the alignment proper done rather than hear his excuses for their poor work.
Work was redone in 15 minutes in another place, they found 6mm misalignment and one tyre over-inflated, now perfectly fine.
I am pleased with the service they gave myself when I called in with a tyre that had a puncture. Courtious and helpfull. When I left I found the wheel was out of balance, I returned immediately and they dealt with the balancing without any issue or further charges. Will go there again when I have the need for tyres.
Fast friendly and respectful service. Clear and concise information and advise. Tyres fitted at a very reasonable price in less than 20 mins. Highly recommend this store.
No nonsense advice which has turned out to be the right advice as I've been driving a Ford Everest around on tyres they suggested, that have turned out to be better than the OE supplied ones.also can't believe how well they did the wheel alignment. Very happy and will definitely be going back.
Excellent quick and friendly customer service. Also showed me why I needed new tyres and to not let me new tyres deteriorate as bad as my old ones had.
The previous manager Anthony was brilliant very kind & helpful but this new manager obviously hates his job.disgraceful customer service.

On the 28th November, I had a set of tyres put on my car. I came back and complained to the Manager that they had no grip and were dangerous. He said that the tyres would wear in and get better. Whilst travelling on a country road, I nearly lost control of my car, sliding on a straight stretch of road at 70 K. P. H.on bitumen. I rang up head office and told them the problem and said I was going to go to Consumer Affairs, and she said that the tyres were not suitable for my car, but remarked that I had already bought the tyres. I then rang Beaurepaires Braeside and the Manager was away on holidays. I spoke to the Assistant Manager, Dylan Ries, who listened to my complaint and said it didn’t sound right and to bring the car back. He replaced the tyres and apologised for the problem. I was very happy with the Assistant Manager Dylan Ries and how he resolved my problem and recommend dealing with him.
Rang to book for a puncture and was told to bring it in the afternoon after the morning rush. I waited as the mechanic located the puncture and made the repair all well within half an hour. When it came to pay he said it was on the house - lucky me, as I am certain this service normally carries a charge. I know where I'll be bringing my car when the tyres are ready for replacement. Great service. Had one puncture repaired and they put alloy valve caps on every wheel without telling me as an extra service. All the staff are really helpful.
These guys at Beaurepaires Braeside were knowledgeable, courteous and delivered on what they promised. Got a good deal on a new set of Dunlops which included with a pretty great puncture guarantee as well. No hesitation in recommending them, will be going back for wheel alignments and my next set of tyres.
Put my car in requesting a new tyre be fitted and a sheared stud replaced. Was given the car back with only 3 studs in place. When I brought the car back they claimed staff weren't aware that it should be replaced and refused to fix the stud even though we brought the car back? Offered no apology and blamed us for not knowing we needed to tell the boss not the staff we booked the car in with.
