Absolutely pathetic service. Tried to rip me off by quoting 50% more than a tyre repair garage down the road. Owner is rude and completely incompetent. No conversational skills or social awareness whatsoever. Don’t waste your time going here.

Had 4 new tyres fitted, got in car to drive home to find that the mechanic had driven my car to the parking bay with greasy hands, I had to drive straight home, clean my hands the steering wheel, gear stick, hand brake, and the door handle. I rang and spoke to owner, no offer to clean the car. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Service was exceptional and helpful. They were able to schedule the tyre change straight away. The tyres are good quality at a good price point.

Finally found a reliable tyres place, not only that, those guys would do the regular services as per car log book, also brakes and batteries.we had one of our cars serviced here twice now and changed the whole set of tyres, couldn’t be any happier really, the car has gone like 4 years younger and runs even better than when was serviced by the dealer, apparently Sam and his team mates took over recently, well done mate, Nice reception, a lot of parking spots as well, quite professional, Will definitely come back again.

First, the price they offered me is 50 more expensive than the market price per tyre and they overcharged me the disposal fee, If I didn't call back they won't even mention it.tyre fitting is extremely unprofessional, nuts didn't put torque, all use air hammer. The tire pressure is not inflated as required 10psi higher?

On 28th December 2022, I had my car towed by RACV to your shop located 122-134 Boundary Rd, Cnr Malcolm Rd, Braeside VIC 3196 at approximately 12pm.
I requested that GoodYear change both front tyres as they were due and I was unable to continue driving on deteriorated tires. Darren and another employee of Indian ethnicity (unfortunately I did not get their name), had taken my car into the shop immediately. I waited 2 hours before Darren came and asked me to pay for the change of tires. As it was almost the new year I didn't want any hassles and paid straight away.
I had waited another hour before Darren came and spoke to me advising they couldn’t finish the job. He advised that “3/5 wheel studs were mangled” on the Front Left tyre and that I required re-threading. He completely disregarded the fact that he did not get the job done and then proceeded to drive my car to the local Rapid Tune to have them look at it.

Rapid tune then contacted me explaining that my wheel hub needed to be replaced at a cost of $1200 because the bolts had threaded the wheel hub, From a simple flat tyre (front right) to almost a $2000 job just didn't seem right.

My partner and I drove down to Rapid tune & Goodyear on 3/01/23 to discuss how the "Threading" could've been caused. Darren explained that it wasn't his fault, That the bolts were like that when he removed the tire (Front Left) and showed it to me and my partner. After back and forth conversation we were not satisfied with Darren's explanation. We then left Goodyear and showed the bolt to Rapid tune and asked if this looked freshly damaged? To which they replied: Yes.
Rapid tune explained that these parts don't wear and tear and that somebody had threaded
the nuts and hub. Following this discussion we spoke with Darren explaining that we were unhappy about how this job has gone and that we feel that Darren and his team didn't take due diligence while working and caused the damage to my Vehicle.

If the bolts were already damaged when removing the (Front Left Tyre) why did they change the wheel and attempt to put it back on?

I have now been left without a car for nearly a month as it is just sitting outside of your shop.

Great and quick service, excellent prices, friendly stuff specially Sam. Highly recommended place if you are going to have car service or buying tyres.

On the day of my Birthday i was driving home from work and suddenly my tyre went flat! Roadside assistance came to my rescue and after they changed it to the spare tyre i drove here (5mns from where i was) to request if they could possible change my tyre with a brand new one. DARREN the lovely Manager here saw the distress on my face and with no hesitation checked straight away the type of tyre and within 30mns his team was on to it and i was back on the road safely. Thankyou soo much for your fantastic service and compassion. Darren is a superfriendly and kind man and he has a very skilled team on board! Highly recommended! ‍️

I have come here several times to fix punctured tyres. Every single time the staff are friendly and happy to help. Consistent great service!

Good advice, good service and good prices. I've bought several sets of tyres over 30+ years and also had a few punctures repaired.

I was quoted one cost to then be told after my wheel issue was fixed that the cost is approx $150 more. Would not recommend.

Poor guy was absolutely ran off his feet stressing out trying to do everything. I didn’t want to add to his stress so I chose to go elsewhere for tyres.
The owner should hire more staff!

I went in for an alignment, but the guy there found it didnt need an alignment, but told me what i needed to do, didnt charge me, I offered a few times to pay something, but he said hes not going to charge me for something he didnt fix. Honestly best service Ive had in a long time, honest genuine people. He could of said we dont know and send me on my way but he took the time to show me. Best service!
