27James was helpful and the tiles I purchased were great but I will NOT buy from Blackburn Beaumont tiles again. Return policy is rubbish particularly because they took over 30 days to ship my tiles and therefore voided the 30-day refund policy. Although they mentioned that this is their warehouse policy which is independent of each franchise, they should do more to help their customers (eg.extend the policy or do a refund/exchange).

Worst Beaumont Tile store I have been to and I am a Tradie, so I have spent good amount time in other tile stores and including other Beaumont Tile stores.
Worst purchasing experience ever! They are generally nice when you are purchasing. But when there is problem, they are not helpful at all.
The titles I bought are with different length like 2 or 3 millimetres. My titler found this out and went to the store with me. They admitted the difference, but kept saying this is within Australian Standard. The manager tried to brush us off; and even said, one of the type of titles was on special, so you shouldn't complain about the different length.
During the return progress, it is slow and most of staff have zero sympathy on the customer. They charged restocking and freight back fees and wouldn't return some other titles (said the quantity too small, but they are in full boxes).
Not the place or brand I and many others will go to or use again.not even worth one star.
Now it's three days after my review, no one from their head office contacted me to solve this issue even they emailed me saying someone from head office would get in touch.what an awful company!
They have tiles all over but for some reason can't find any quality ones, not one that will break the bank anyway. A place that threw you small useless fishes and expect you to have no choice but to pay over the odds for the nicer ones.
Oh and make sure you make up your mind really really quick cause their patience is, well, limited.
The collection of tiles are quite complete and their customer services are also quite attentive.
