Beaumont Tiles

Bought all the tiles for my bathrooms, laundry and powder room from James V. Absolute great service. He was very friendly, informative and helped me plan out my rooms. Would definitely recommend!

Initially we had a great interaction. Yohan helped us pick tiles and fittings for our bathroom and ensuite reno, nailing the combination first go. However, our experience turned bitter when we ordered 3 additional taps. Order was placed on Monday morning, we were advised they'd arrive Wednesday. Went to collect them on Thursday and only 1 of the 3 had arrived. We were not notified about the mix up (from the supplier apparently). We were told they were being sent via overnight service, so we kept our plumber booked in for the next day. No taps in sight, and no way to contact the courier to get an ETA even though our plumber was waiting around for them to arrive so as the plasterers could start as scheduled over the weekend. Eventually the taps arrived Monday afternoon. Terrible communication between Beaumont, their suppliers, and ultimately us as a customer. After spending in excess of $12k with them, we've had a terrible experience with our reno now pushed out all because no one checked the right amount of tapware arrived (and also failed to tell us).

I was about to put in an order (for over &2k) and brought in the 2 sample tiles we had paid for previously - the guy was unhelpful and unfriendly and took delight in telling me I couldn’t return the samples without a docket because how would he know how much I’d paid for them (er, QR code on tile? Bank statement? This would only make sense if staff just randomly make up how much a customer is charged for samples). Tbh just felt like he wanted to be as awkward as possible. Even when I said I was about to place an order. Didn’t help that an old guy he went over to help started asking what ‘that lady was going on about’ … 1980s Australia, anyone?
So he lost my $2000 order for sake of my $20 return of samples. Great business model. I will not be returning to this store ever again.

James was the most helpful sales person I've dealt with in recent years.
Assisting me with my new home's interior design he was immensely impressive.
He has a wide selection of products and seemed to really care about his service.

Most unhelpful sales person ever. Didn’t want to show us a tile because it was at the back of the room. Wouldn’t lift the tiles out to show us, offered nothing. No advice, suggestions and never asked us a question. We are not going back.

Rudest customer service representative ever. I requested his advice when choosing a tile but he refused to help me as I am a customer from Ferntree gully Beaumont tiles.

We purchased tiles, tapwares, basins, toilets, bath and other bathroom accessories at Beaumont for our bathroom renovations. Affordable prices, great aesthetics and excellent quality. Brett was a legend. He was extremely helpful, attentive and accomodating. We had to go on holiday shortly after putting in our order and Brett was even happy to keep the stuff for us. Thank you Brett for your amazing service and we will come back here for other renovation projects in the future.

Big shout out to James for making choosing what choice of selection of tiles to use in my house when renovating. He made it easy for me and left as a very happy customer. Would definitely recommend to anyone

I cannot recommend Beaumont Tiles Blackburn highly enough. James helped us select the perfect tiles, fixtures and fittings for our en-suite bathroom and powder room, including customized Timberline cabinetry. Such a wonderfully personal service, nothing was too much trouble!

Called to make some enquires about a pool tile they didn't have in stock, as other suppliers passed on Beaumont number to call as a major supplier, the first male in Preston hanged up on me as couldn't understand my request and then I called ringwood to try someone else and laughed at me as in the 10 years he had been in the industry never heard of the tile.
Disgusting service from 2 locations and very disappointing as for someone who is in the industry - I will never recommend Beaumont again.

Genuinely helpful advice on selecting tiles and units. Good pricing too, which was why we were a bit surprised at $200 delivery charges for a small order to deliver less than 20 km from store (didn't spot the line items on the invoice till later). Would still recommend but just be advised to check delivery pricing!

Wonderful customer service. We reached 5 minutes after door got closed for the day. The guy saw us and opened the door. He spent at least 30 minutes to show and explain the tiles we were looking at.
