Beaumont Tiles

Absolutely hopeless customer service. Returned a damaged tile and was told it wasn't too bad, I said it should be perfect. They said they would replace it and ring me when it was available. No phone calls even though I rang three times and was told each time that they would chase it up and get back to me, not once did they do that. Eventually got to speak to someone who actually did get the tile and ring me. Would never use them again.

If you are going to do any tiling or renovations I would highly recommend Karen at Beaumont Tiles. Karen has a great knowledge of tiles and bathroom wear. She also has great customer service. Karen comes highly recommend by me. Karen made it so easy for my wife and I to design our dream bathroom kitchen and laundry. Great experience.

Staff was friendly tried to help.but they didn't have much choices and found they were over priced.were some of the items I could get much cheaper.lol I think the block has got to management

I went in this morning and due to the complete lack of customer service left empty handed.i went elsewhere and the service was amazing and they didnt care that i didnt have a tiler to do the job.

I have been into this store twice now and both times I have lest wirh our purchase due to the poor service from the grumpy old lady who gives off the impression your beneath her and not worth her time. After the first time I left I’m thought maybe she’s having a bad ad but after the second time and chatting with people who have been into the store I have realised she’s grumpy and maybe a bad review is what she needs to pep up her spirts.

Stand out exceptional service by Lisa today! Cannot thank her enough. After searching everywhere for tiles for 5 months and being in Narre Warren store a few times without deciding on anything l finally came across Lisa. Who within 25min helped me decide and order. She is a credit to the business who serves people the way stores should but sadly don't these days. Million thanks again!

Excellent service. Very helpful with which tiles we could use. Had some broken on delivery, next day replaced at my door.

I am very impressed with the service at Beaumont Tiles Narren Warren. Lachlan was extremely helpful with choosing the tiles for our ensuite. He asked lots of questions to help us choose the right color and style that suited our situation.l would recommend that you go see Lachlan, if you want great advise and help planning you tiling anything. Great service and good advice.
