Beaumont Tiles

Found the customer service at this store a bit average. I had spent a bit of time trying to organise a bathroom vanity and just gave up in the end as I was taken around in circles and told to Google things when it came to picking a bench top. I was a bit surprised that there wasn’t much hand holding and I was expected to know exactly what I wanted. Kinda felt like they were there to answer some basic questions but not actually help plan out your idea.

To put this in perspective my confusion was resolved within 5 minutes when visiting another Beaumont Tiles store.

There was actually some helpful members of the team I interacted with but unfortunately the experience as a whole was pretty confusing and frustrating.

We've been in store about 4 times and have nothing but great service. Special thanks to Adele and Kat.

Very friendly helpful staff. A good variety even if it isn't the largest showroom. Great tile choices and on sale right now.

Came in a while back to get some epoxy grout and look around. The staff are excellent and I highly recommend going here. Had an item slip my mind and had to go back in and they jumped on it straight away for me to get what was needed. Thankyou again and see you next time

On to my 3rd soap dish for my new and expensive renovated bathroom. The first 2 soap dishes within months had the black powder coated film keep peeling off when soap dried on it (thought that was what a soap dish was for). By the time this happened and l received my 3rd soap dish it wouldn’t quite fit back on the wall lugs that were screwed into tiles and couldn’t be moved and then they changed the design of the soap dish. Over the next 6 months back and forth to the store, many phone calls to Beaumont’s Narre Warren and the manufacturer but all got too hard in the end and said all we can offer you is either a refund or a replacement. Phone calls were never returned as well as updates given. Requested to speak with the franchisee but he never contacted me.
Please don’t offer me a poor return comment from my review because that’s how it was and when it got too hard you basically fobbed me off when there were other options l suggested.
Will advise friends and family to go elsewhere as the product was rubbish and didn’t meet customer satisfaction and the customer service was poor.

All tile shops sell the same stuff. It is not BT fault but all the tiles are of a simmilar colour and size. Global trends lead by a few large makers. Boring.

Shout out to Graham at the Narre branch! Amazing service with a smile and I very much appreciated all his help.

I was blown away by the outstanding service at the Narre Warren store. Karen even stayed back, well after closing, on a cold Friday night, to ensure my order was completed. Very rude lady (no name tag. Description: middle aged, greyish hair with pink and blue streaks). She raised her voice at my father and treated him like he was dumb and like she had no time for us. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. We had just walked in through the doors and asked where the splashback tiles were. That was all. Turns out that she was rude the last time my father came as well. Likely due to her racist bias, as she was talking very kindly to Caucasian customers. While my father may put up with this sort of disgraceful behaviour, I will not. And so we left empty handed and bought tiles at a store where we received respectful customer service.

Highly recommended the team at Beaumont Tiles Narre Warren. Very impressed with the guidance and patience I received during the selection process.

Disappointed with beaumont tiles, although their policy clearly stated that there will be a refund for the tiles to be returned but they refused, although the box of tiles were untouched they plainly refused saying that those tiles will not be taken back and refunded. I've been using tiles from other sources but they always refunded for packed and unused tiles. Am never going back there again.

The store is small and quiet which is a nice change for this time of year. The service wasn't amazing, however. I was after a sample of a tile and was told that the only option was to buy the tile, which was $120. Very short answers given and no effort made to help locate a sample elsewhere or offer an alternative.

Started with a online enquiry from start to finish was a overall fantastic service from Cara online.

A few times now and would never waste my time going anywhere else her knowledge of the industry and knowledge of what in stile is by far second too none.
She is a beautiful person and in all my years has never once failed me or let a client down!
