10/10 service and efficiency from the team at fountain gate. Couldn’t recommend this store enough:) The whole staff were just so lovely and helpful and really knowledgeable. We had such a positive experience. Thanks guys!

All the staff is so rude but specially Emily who was dealing with us didn’t mention it before the light are on display we will give you that but every time we called them they told us they will arrive in 2 weeks but now they r like yeah they r the ones which were in display

Oh my gosh, fantastic customer service from Kyle! Knowledge mixed with warmth and above and beyond service equals a well deserved 5 stars!
But apart from my recent experience, we’ve actually been shopping here for about 14 years, and I have only praise to say about the team here. They are always keen to help however they can, and will go the extra mile when needed.

We brought 2 ceiling fans last week from the narre warren store, one of the fans is missing the bracket from the box so the electricin cant install it. Is it a matter of going to beacon to get it replaced ohhh nooo noooo Beacon put in a warranty claim for the missing part and now we have to wait for them to organise for it be replaced which can take up to 3 days meanwhile the electrician you organised to install them now has to leave wires dangling from the ceiling! Moral of the story is if a part is missing out the box bad luck its not a quick and easy fix by Beacon!

I went to the Narre Warren store to buy a lamp. I was told it was in stock by the staff member that served us and she went out back to get it. I then overheard another staff member saying they wanted that lamp. When the staff member that served us returned she said it was no longer available. I’m very disappointed in the service it was very rude and will never return.

I had the most wonderful experience today whilst buying the accessories for my first home. We had a lovely woman by the name of Sue, go above and beyond for us and make our experience one of a kind. Thank you so much to Sue and the team for all of your help today. We will be back.

Went in looking for a celing fan for a kids bedroom. I had limited knowledge of what I needed but luckily I was served by a very nice person called Sue who was amazing. She asked several questions about the room and then went through all our options. Explained everything clearly, arranged deliver, and even set us up with an electrician who'd install the fan at a good rate. I left the shop feeling really happy with the purchase. A good price is important but you can't put a price on good customer service.

Amazing Service from Sue at Trade. The upmost professionalism in providing speed and customer care in providing a expert opinion. Would recommend to anyone needing help with lighting. Very happy.

Sam woolgar is very helpful and knowledgeable. She give us great advice on new lighting.plus came up with great suggestions for some lighting problems on my new patio. Highly recommend to go to her.
