We had a lovely time staying in this house. It was in a great location with an easy walk to the front beach and the main shops. It had a homey relaxed feel and everything you need is there. Thankyou for a great holiday!

We've stayed at the apartment a few times now. It's fantastic. Lots of space, great balcony, very tidy with everything you need for a relaxed family holiday. It's walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, front beach, back beach. Once you park your car, you won't need it again until you leave Sorrento.

We just left Sorrento after a most amazing week with family at our favourite Kerferd Avenue spa house. It is such a family friendly house, we absolutely love it. Beach House rentals who we booked through are terrific to deal with from the minute you book until you depart. All the information is clear and given in advance. Any issues during your stay you can just call them and let them know and nothing is a bother. We have booked with them previously and will do so again. Highly recommend. Thank you team.

Our Family spent 3 nights from Friday 29/9 until Monday 2/10. At Panorama Drive Tootgarook. The property was immaculate, clean and tidy. It was a quiet location but close to town if needed which we didn’t, it had everything we wanted, a heated pool and spa, great deck area, BBQ, and an outdoor television at the pool. The rooms and kitchen /dining /living areas were perfect for our needs. The kids enjoyed the table tennis table. (when not in the pool) We would have no problem with staying again and have already passed on details to others. The communication by the staff was prompt and clear at every stage, the welcome pack and instructions were a welcome bonus and the pool towels and dishwasher and laundry helped make our stay perfect and enjoyable.

We had a family wedding at The Baths in Sorrento and the location of our house was perfect. It had everything we needed and was tucked away at the end of a quiet road. It was well stocked, particularly with glassware and crockery. It was in a great position to shopping and eateries. A terrific choice.

Côtier Cottage in Tootgarook is a great cosy home, close enough to everything if need be but away from the hustle & bustle for some peace & quiet. Modern, nicely furnished, super clean and great amenities. The agent was delightful to deal with. Our family will definitely be coming back.

we've never experienced anything like our stay at Ossett St in Sorrento. Accommodation was first class and Joanne at BHR is a legend!

Great position between Sorento and Portsea, private and peaceful with views of the water. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped for staying for my family of 6. Eager to return again.

Incredibly well located and the house as everything you need for the coast. Great place to be able to host a lot of guests of big families and the Grass Tennis court is a immaculate. I have booked through Beach House Rentals before and they are always great. So quick to respond and check-in and checkout was seamless. Will stay again.

Family consists of Mum Dad 2 teenage girls plus Nanna.
Location is superb.right in the middle of the action but quiet at the same time.terrific choice of shops, cafes, restaurants, beaches and walks in every direction.
Apartment is very clean, and modern; Best Equipped Apartment for family vacation we have ever come across.

Really easy to deal with. Would highly recommend. Booked the Brewster Rd property for a golf trip with mates and it was great. Perfect location away from the busy, crowded part of Rye, close to golf courses, St Andrews beach brewery etc.

Great house, excellent location with views of the ocean. Short walk to Blairgowrie shops, safe beach for the kids across the road. Games room was great for the kids. Very spacious house with separate areas for kids and the adults.

I have stayed at the beautiful 28 Timaru Close Sorrento three times since 2016, it has become a tradition for my girlfriends and I to get away during winter and also for my birthday. This home exceeds all expectations and the owner has styled it so wonderfully that I just enjoy coming back. The house has everything you want and need for a getaway.
