Ordered & paid for printer online, to be picked up from store. After several days I phoned to see if it was ready. Man said he would check & get back to me. 36 hours later I sent a Messenger message asking for the printer or a refund. The next day PayPal told me my money had been refunded. No one ever contacted me: - (

I got a my cpu water cooler installed here, they accidentally made a mistake and fixed it for free. Kind and friendly staff, 10/10 would recommend. Very professional.

James, Steve and the team are fantastic to deal with, they helped me with all my tech needs and got me up and running in no time.

My Mac laptop was not performing so the guys at BCC Computers checked it out, contacted me regarding the issue and provided some solutions, gave me a quote to carry out what option I chose, then in less than 5 days I had it back and working well. The service was great from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

I find it odd its connected to Betta Electrical, but has a good range between them, they don't have enthusiast grade WiFi antennae unfortunately, but no doubt they could order one in.

Really happy with the service, it was done in good time and the tstaff are really nice. Will definately use their services again.

These guys were great when my computer stopped running ark (game). They did dozens of checks only to conclude it was the game and not software or hardware, they spent hours on it and kept me up to date, supplied me with details of their work to give to game developer, they were very thorough and didnt charge me as they didnt fix anything.thumbs up

Can't respond to a simple Facebook message 2 days ago. Sent them multiple messages that show they've read them. Says enough about them not to spend my money here.

Great experience today with my laptop repair. Able to fix it on the spot. Also had good respinse to phone inwuiry before I wnt to stire. Will use again if needed.

Such knowledgeable staff, super friendly and trust worthy. I have had an amazing experience here, I highly recommend this shop.

I was able to speak directly over the phone and when the problem could not be resolved they had the tech people look at my computer, told me it would be a couple of days and gave me a tracking number. They were true to their word and fixed the problem.

Excellent service by Dave from BBC Computers today. Had a few little problems with my computer and he sorted them out in a few minutes. He was very patient and explained everything in simple terms so I could understand. Would definitely recommend and will be back with any future computer problems. Many thanks from a happy customer.

Thank you David, Taylor and Jack for your persistence and dedication to solving my transferring of data from my (ancient) computer to my new laptop. Most people would have given up. Now I know where to go for any IT problems.
