Long story short- ON YOUR FACE MATTHEW. YOU ARE A SCAMMER.

My laptop gradually stopped working as the battery is not charging. Few months ago laptop had accidently fell on the floor with charging port taking the full brunt of the fall. "Matt"- Matthew from BCC computers had looked at the laptop from a distance and said "its clearly not the issue with power jack. Your laptop is 10yrs old. At the best this laptop is not worth more than $100-$200. Laptop needs replacing but he said he will look into the power jack and other components of the laptop". I left my laptop with Matthew for diagnosing the problem.

A day later Matthew calls me and says "laptop has motherboard issues, nothing wrong with the battery or the power jack". He then said "its not worth repairing, you need to buy a new laptop.we have end of year sale going on. I can offer xyz model laptop for $999 with $100 discount". It did not make any sense to me whatsoever. Something smelled fishy. I paid $99 to Matt as a diagnostic fee and took the laptop back and took it to "iCanFixIt" repair shop in Yarra st.

The gentlemen at "iCanFixIt" repair shop took 20mins to look into my laptop for no charge and diagnosed battery issues. New battery was installed and power jack was adjusted. He charged me $200 for new battery with 6months battery warranty. Now my laptop works good as gold. Unlike Matthew, the gentlemen at "iCanFixIt" repair shop was very polite, friendly and welcoming. He also gave me plenty of reassurance and said to bring the laptop back if any issues arise in future.

Had great experience with BCC today. Took laptop in for repair in the morning and got a call in the afternoon that it was fixed and picked it up for under $100, thanks to Lachie who looked after me.

Quick service. Lochlan at the front desk helped me to finish fixing my laptop in less than 5 hours. Thank you

I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by BCC. Every time I have an IT problem they have a solution. They even fixed a small issue immediately and free of charge. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are very professional and have good prices as well.

When I took my laptop there for a repair. They charged me $100 and at the end told me they can’t repair that brand. I don’t have an issue with not being able to repair, but charging when you knew you couldn’t because of the brand is beyond unprofessional. I used to always shop here and unless something drastic happens I doubt I’d be back: (
