BBQ Spit Rotisseries

My package arrived relatively quickly. I was disappointed to find the plate had signs of surface rust where it was not
Covered by clear wrap. I now fear this plate will wear excessively and fail when exposed to
Heat.

Great products and great service. Ive always had my items delivered either the same day as ordering or the next day

I called yesterday to organize items for my partners birthday today and was told no problems, will have the items to you in time. Money taken straight away out of my account. By 3pm today no delivery and no email. I called only to find out where the items could be. The National Sales Manager called back to say that when he shut down the system the night before the order was not processed. I placed the order at 9am in the morning so why didn't anyone call? He'd remembered what it was for. He then said he would contact the Branch Manager to organize a free gift of what sounded like 'tongs or something' and said the items would be there tomorrow. I guess expected that I would be grateful for the free item what ever it was? When I moaned that I would now have to leave work early to go find a present he fired back that he'd apologized (it actually sounded like the last thing he wanted to do), had offered me something - did I want to now cancel my order. Is that how you deal with ruining two people's day? Not impressed, he kept saying I was frustrated and I corrected I was disappointed. He hung up as quickly as possible and now I don't know whether I'm going to get my items or not

Purchased an "Offset smoker charcoal basket" to use in my UDS and had no issues with said purchase. I am cooking with it as I write this and it seems to be working extremely well in my UDS. Ive been looking to upgrade to something like this for some time! Happy Days!

Ordering process was very simple, item price was very reasonable and it was delivered in less than 5 working days. The item good quality and functional.

Shop here all the time for my BBQ gear as they always have what I need. Great advice too when you need it. Prices are comparable with other BBQ places but I choose to go here as staff are friendly and don't try to push you into buying something you don't need.

I Received the spit I am having trouble to light the front burner but I cooked Christmas diner GREAT had a small troubles but in the the food was GREAT I used the Charcoal Helen

Only negative was the packaging.we were lucky not to loose the smaller items posted as they were loose in a box full of holes. Very poor packaging.

Awesome bbq shop, I get all my supplies here, they have a large range of different bbqs and accessories in including sauces and rubs.
I bought an offset smoker here and I love it. I use it at least twice a week and it's never let me down. The build quality is great and you won't find a better smoker anywhere near that price.
The after sales support was excellent. Definately worth checking out even if you live the other side of the city like me.
