The courier (Sendle), tried to deliver to a business at 6.30am and because there was no answer, returned the item to the company. The company then asked me to pay the courier fee to have those same items delivered.

Really, really poor service. Not sure why I am the one who is supposed to wear the cost of a failed delivery to a business address, outside of business hours.

I do not recommend this company at all.

Great helpful service with reasonable pricing. They have a wide range of spits, smokers and stock high end brands like Flaming coals, Pro q, Traeger. Great team and their show room is growing every year with more cooking toys to tempt.

I will definitely be back and I live over an hour away! They have an awesome selection of BBQ accessories. Doug was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He spent about 15 minutes answering my questions and explaining offset smokers and giving me advice, such a great bloke. If you are thinking about getting into the BBQ world then definitely stop in the BBQ Spit Rotisseries!

Amazing service and great prices. I recently had an issue with a bbq that i had purchased through them 6 months ago - they were able to help me out virtually (as a result of covid) and in the process have gained a loyal customer. Have cooked on the cyprus grill from there many times and so happy with the results - excellent cooking size and very portable. Love it

I got the flaming coals Cyprus spit and it's an unbelievable well built product. It uses solid gauge stainless sheet which make it feel solid and sturdy, I'm sure I'll be cooking with it for many years to come.
Communication from the store (Cameron), was great. Cameron emailed to let me know an ETA on delivery (because it was backorder when I placed the order). Actually arrived quicker than I expected!

Purchases the 1600 skewer, love the staff and how quickly they respond to sales purchases, The staff are great and so helpful in store it is always a pleasure to deal with them.

Made online contact from Perth on a weekend after learning they could supply a longer Bromic gas heater hose. Yay! Because i was having real problems finding a supplier locally.
Their service was efficient and unfussed, product arrived intact and earlier than expected. Overall these guys are great and i will definitely use them again!

I purchased an electric charcoal starter wand, as my wife has difficulty starting the fire and splitting the early wood to get it going.within 60 seconds of placing the head of the wand into cold coals they are glowing red and fresh wood is ignited.this devise is astonishingly good and arrived within a couple of days, with a follow up email to ensure everything was ok

I'm very happy with the Skewers I ordered. But the delivery experience was the worst one. First Couriers Please delivery guy did not buzz our apartment bell at all and left a note to pick the delivery from Walters Road (Blacktown) Newsagency. When I reached there on Saturday (1 Jun 2019) at around 1230 pm the shop was close. Another customer came there to collect his delivery. He told me that Couriers Please delivery guys get paid to leave delivery-missed notes and drop those deliveries at news-agencies. So they do it intentionally.
The Walters Road Newsagency guy was absent for god knows what reason but he wasted our time.
The next day I went there at around 0930 am, this time the shop was open. I waited for my turn as there was a lady being served by the shop keeper. After her, I stepped ahead but the shop keeper broke the queue and served another white lady who came at the counter after me. This Walters Road Newsagency guy happened to be a racist and his behaviour was very quite, not a single smile on his face, nothing like customer service.
If BBQ Spit Rotisseries wants to retain customers and stay in business then please stop delivering through Couriers Please who leave orders in hands of racist people deliberately.

Excellent service they go out of there way to keep the customer happy and there spits are great quality. I would recommend buying a spit and supplies from these guys. Keep up the good work.
