Absolutely amazing venue with amazing customer service! Shout out to Ash for looking out for us!

Pretty good place and music on a Saturday night. But the place is abit tight. Biggest down side is the prices for what you get. They kick you out on the dot after one hour no matter what you pay. Yes you can pay more to stay longer but with any payment your paying for drinks which abit wrong. I could play for hours at other places and pay the same price here.

The waitress was rude and arrogant, seems she doesn’t care about her customers or the business.

Very Nice Billiards Room in Glen Waverley. Pool tables are well maintained and the staff are friendly. The drinks are also decently priced. The music is good and you can even select your own music.

Celebrated a friend's 30th birthday here. Staff were very attentive and had great prices on drinks!

Great location close to century walk.
There plenty of parking on Montclaire Ave, but gets busy so be patient.

The billiards club is loads of fun, it's a pay by the hour system, and lots of tables available, bar too.

Great place to have a drink and play some pool. Great music playing in the background. Friendly management and staff. Place has a great vibe and is very clean. Well definitely be going back.

Awesome place to just chill and have a good game! They have crowd dj as well, so you can play the music you want to hear. They are also adding more little games on the side, and they have more arcade type games in the front area. It's a good vibe and great views up in top! Definitely check it out if you're at Glen Waverly

Poor customer service and attitude issues of the staff members

I played for 1 hour and went out side for beer but didn’t bring balls back to the counter because I didn’t know that. No one informed me.
Poor communication skills and raise voice against customers with hand gestures.

Please be concern before be relax in the location. They charged me extra $10

Nice venue but hellishly overpriced, rude manager and staff were unable to communicate. I asked how much one of the tables was, an hour in he tells me it's actually three times the price and he was wrong. I was still charged at no mistake of my own, then I tried to sign up to the membership program for the 10% discount and I was refused the discount. Penny pinchers and horrible practices.

On the way out we tried to play darts, machine scammed my money and have no darts- claw machines claw isn't actually large enough to pick up any prizes.

How can a place this nice be so bad?
