A cool place to hang out with friends. I love the lights, the balcony area and there's a decent selection of drinks. Only disappointments are it is pricey and there's some insolent vibes behind the bar sometimes lol. The last time I went, one of the dudes that work behind the bar came off as arrogant with the way he communicated and the way he was looking at people. When I went up to the line he pointed at me and pointed at the till abruptly to tell me I can come and order but he could have communicated a bit better with me it felt pretty rude. I felt like a little kid being scolded idk a very strange experience from a customer pov that I haven't experienced in any bar or club before including the rowdy ones where you would probably expect that kind of thing. Important to make your customers feel welcome and respected

Good value for money in the evenings. Tables are ok to play on. Friendly staff and safe venue.

For $30 you get an hour of Pool, 1 standard drink and 1 COCKTAIL! Suck amazing value for money. But the absolute best part was the bar tender. Such a cool dude and so passionate about his job. Honestly, best cocktails I’ve ever had.

Been coming here since they opened, $25pp with 2 included drinks is great value for a Friday night out. Staff are great and friendly, even mentioned more promotions on their website for other days.

Been here for two times. Great music but the staff I’ve found was somehow quite rude. I asked the guy for the drinks and he gave me what I ordered but while he was making the drink he gave me the look with attitude and swear bad words which I did not know what was his intention of saying that. I like this place overall. But just to give the reviews for the sake of improvement, staff should be well trained of how to give good service.

Good place to go for fun in Glen Waverley. I went on a Wednesday night around 7pm and it wasn't very busy, but by the time we were leaving all the tables were full, so I would suggest going there earlier to ensure a table. You get a drink or two included in the price depending on what package you buy. The space between tables is decent enough that you don't feel like you're running into others too much, but you still do have to keep an eye out.

Great place. The 'pool mania' offer for table play and a drink is an absolute bargain. Tables are very good, responsive cloth and in good condition. Good vibe about the place and very helpful and friendly staff. Will 100% be back

Good atmosphere but you buy a package for drinks but half the drinks arent available unless you pay more

Great atmosphere despite I was there late

After a reguy Heineken, I had "Something Special" which a whiskey concoction that's something created by the young bartender.
Pretty strong, but I LOVED it!

Will be back for Pool/Dart when time allows again

I enjoyed this place. You pay per hour and it includes drinks, not a bad business model and clean place.

I don't have photos for this one but it has nice comftable venue and nice girls serving also has pool tables idarts and a football table and a drinking lounges around where you and mates can kick back also with a smoking balcony has some good deals and awesome kick back place with some friends

Good place. But Extremely disgusting experience because of the extremely rude staff on Sunday afternoon 21/03/2021. I can’t believe that I heard ‘ get out’ when I was thinking what I wanna drink. I promise that I won’t be here anymore if this staff still working.

The staff are nice and friendly but the pricing does not make sense. It charges per person rather than per table or hourly. The pricing also forces you to get a drink.

Extremely bad experience. Not surprise with previous negative comments for today, looks like we are talking about the same receptionist. Clearly this receptionist has not been trained enough to provide services. Extremely terrible attitude. Environment was satisfactory but my experience had been ruined by this receptionist. Please have a good selection of your staff, they represent your club.

Extremely rude receptionist on sunday afternoon 21st of march 2021. She is impatient, and has no respect for customers. Slightly tresspassing into the bar area and she had the audacity to tell us to get out. She should be fired to not damage your brand further by driving away more customers.
