2.5hr wait and the doctor was taking 30 min per patient. Dont go if your not wanting a long long wait.

I called up in the morning a few weeks ago and made an appointment for later in the day and I turn up and they don’t have me booked in. They manage to fit me in which has brought them up a star.

All I can say is true excellence in service, recently had an emergency case where ambulance were called and on arrival the ambulance members were praising the Dr's swift professionalism.

I've attended this clinic for over 10 years. Doron is my GP and he is fabulous. Having said that I've also at times seen other GP's within the clinic and They are equally as professional and caring.

The nurses and those in pathology are also friendly and lovely.

We are very fortunate to have such a great clinic servicing the Bayside community.

Special thank you to Dr Michael Zhou for attending to my 14 month old son yesterday who required a minor stitch on his face as a consequence of a small accident at home. Thank you to the nurses and Michael for the great care and patience given to Anne and Alexander.

I was referred to this clinic from a friend because of one of the many doctors there that would be able to help me. I have now been going to this clinic for a number of years. They have been very caring and helpful over the years, I needed to get an injection last week and it was the 1st time my husband came with me, he is now considering changing doctors as he found the clinic to be very professional, clean and caring.

I had never heard of this medical practice up to last week when i was using mygov online in particular medicare section. I was browsing my file page called IHI health Identifiers and wondering what it was clicked on it and many organisations listed sone i recognise but this one and another i didnt. I contacted medicare to explain. The reply is lengthy but basically these people can access some details but to do this medicare assured me they have to have at least your name d o b medicare identifer 16 digit number which is not your medicare card number etc. I have never heard of you never sort your services and certainly never gave consent. Please explain
