Dr. Angela Ferrocio is an amazing. A brilliant Doctor with multi discipline expertise and always has her patients best interest at heart and goes far beyond in her dedication and care.

I am an exercise physiologist who has received a number of referrals from this clinic for patients who require high quality team care. The team at MyHealth Hampton are clearly concerned with patient welfare beyond the consultation - I would recommend this clinic to anyone who expects individualised wholistic health care.

The doctors here really care and take the time to listen and understand what's going on. And with the number of doctors at the practice, there's typically minimal waiting to get an appointment. Some of them also operate out of the Mentone clinic.

I asked for an escript to replace my lost paper script and was sent without any fuss a new one within the hour.

Never again will I’ll visit myhealth Mentone and Hampton. Absolutely disgusting customer service rude and unprofessional they talk to you like a piece or meat. The doctors are fantastic but the reception ladies have a pole stuck up their arse. Will be going elsewhere. $91 for a 5 minute call refill prescription absolutely disgusting.
No wonder this practice as only 3.5 stars. And to make things worse the same number for the Hampton practice just get separate numbers. So confusing.

Marvellous medical centre. My wife and I have had five Covid vaxes here with no problems and no wait. In comparison with trying to book via other GPS/Clinics/pharmacies this has been painless and wonderful. Highly recommend and thank.

I find the staff helpful and friendly and with the efficient online booking and check-in system the staff are less stressed and can be more helpful.

Dr Michael Zhou is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. He is so caring and patient and really takes the time to think outside of the box to diagnose your problem. He is easy to talk too and really listens to what you have to say. Thank you Dr Michael Zhou

Money hungry greedy practice.

Went here for COVID booster shot after booking online. Told I need to pay $91 as I don’t have Medicare. There was absolutely NO mention of this during online booking process for COVID vaccine. Dr. Marie Swieca claimed I need to pay her $91 for 1 minute of her time to administer the vaccine because I haven’t seen her in over 12 months. Absolute joke. Wasted my day going to this greedy clinic. No care for patients. Only care about BILLINGS!

I have been going to this practice for many years and had positive experiences with the majority of the doctors there. However anytime any member of my family has had an appointment with Dr Doran Gaddie there is always a long wait (at LEAST half an hour) Unfortunately we didn’t have option of seeing someone else on a Sunday so took the appointment. Waited an hour and 5 mins. Obviously sometimes other people appointments run over, but if you are habitually running late and keeping people waiting then perhaps you should stop trying to see so many people in a day.

We are not clients at this clinic but tried to book our first covid injections today on the computer. It did not work (probably our fault) so we rang the surgery. The lady was wonderful. She made the appointments to coincide with our wishes and made sure we were booked together. A few moments later she rang back to suggest she make the second appointment for us both and that was done momentarily. This was at 3.30pm and over in moments. This was very professional. Thank You MyHealth Hampton.

Extreme high quality doctors and the nurses have an unbelievable high patience (particularly the ones that did my blood-work). Thanks for making this scary experience seem less frightening.

I have been using doctors at this practice for over 25 years. I have always been very, very happy with the service, even if I found them to be quite expensive. After a very serious car accident, where I suffered scores of serious injuries, they were very helpful, and were fantastic at being able to liaise with TAC etc. Recently I've been told that I will now have to pay full fee on the day I attend, as well as lodge my receipt with TAC and then have an out of pocket as well. This is also the same for patients covered under Workcover. I will now be $43.00 out of pocket to get my medications and visits. People who have suffered a workplace injury, or a car accident injury have a lot to worry about, without adding the cost of an expensive doctors bill to go with it. TAC pay my accounts within 48 hours, but I'm still out of pocket with this practice. I've recently noticed advice of another increase in fees, which means you are paying double over and above what medicare reimburses. There are more signs up in the practice about having to pay your account on the day, than any other signs.

It's always nice to have a great doctors, and the doctors at this practice are great, but a medical practice should never appear to favour being paid over looking after the people who need them most.

I highly recommend Dr Michael Zhou. Professional, warm mannered, thorough and perhaps most importantly, autonomy-supportive. Dr Zhou is a good listener, and doesn't display a superior attitude that is sometimes encountered in medical practices. I have only seen Dr Zhou at Bayside Medical Group.

Jocelyn Hammer is an amazing, friendly, down to earth Dr. She is without a doubt the best female GP I have ever seen. I would not hesitate recommending her to anyone!
