Bayside Garden Supplies

Ordered paving sand on Wednesday for delivery on Friday so my work could start on following day (Saturday) called up Friday at 10 am to find out what time the sand would be delivered. The lady on the phone was rude and extremely unprofessional -"if your not happy order it somewhere else " was her response.
Tried explaining to her this was next to impossible given I was already unhappy and this was to be delivered on friday because the work was commencing Sat, she then says shes had enough now and should was going to hang up.
I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone, apparently they don't even have a manager to speak to.

Great little garden supply store. Love the little display that shows everything in stock. Open in the morning on Sundays which is super handy.

Great service and supply, good quality black mulch delivered on time. We had ordered some from a Clayton supplier who failed to deliver and when they finally did, was half as much for the same price. Would recommend this supplier without hesitation.

Very knowledgeable staff. They helped me to correctly calculate how much soil I would need for my garden bed. They specified a time for delivery and it was there right on time! Thanks for such great service.

Very disappointed. After clearly explaining that I required organic soil suitable for veggie plots we were sold absolute muck. The soil is like sandy sloppy riverbed soil with bits of rubbish through it. It also smelt horrible.
After digging the soil into our garden beds our seedlings have turned yellow as there is no nutrient value.
When I phoned back the lady who I orginally dealt with she tried to tell me I obviously did not mention that the soil I needed was for veggies!
I believe you tried to make a quick buck and could t care less about what you sold us. Now we are stuck with all the hard labour of digging out this soil again and starting fresh plus we wasted $250. Not good enough: (

I have been dealing with Garden Trade for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are always friendly & helpful and often go out of their way to assist. Their prices and delivery times are excellent. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work.
